Claims (12)
- 최소 탄산함량의 미세회분으로 된 원료 혼합물을 함유하고, 총 CaO/총 Al2O3무게비가 0.35-1.00, 적당하게는 0.55와 같고, 총 SiO/총 CaO 무게비가 1.5보다 크고, 총 SiO2/총 Al2O3무게비가 1.0보다 큰 미세칼슘질을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 탄소 함량이 낮은 회질 원료중의 다공성 탕화 혼합재.
- 탄소함량이 적은 미세회분이 석탄회인것을 특징으로 하는 청구범위 제1항에 따른 다공성 탕화 혼합재.
- 탄소함량이 적은 미세회분이 플라이 애쉬인 것을 특징으로 하는, 청구범위 제1항에 따른 다공성 탕화 혼합재.
- 원료 혼합물이 청구범위 제1항에 따른 80% 이상의 탕화혼합재로 된 원료 혼합물을 특징으로 하는 청구범위 제1-3항에 따른 다공성 탕화 혼합재.
- 탄소함량이 적은 미세회분질과 총 CaO/총 Al2O3무게비가 0.35-1.00, 적당하게는 0.55와 같고, 총 SiO2/총 CaO 무게비가 1.5 이상이고 총 SiO2/총 Al2O|3무게비가 1.0 이상인 미세칼슘질로 된 원료혼합물 제조; 칼슘질이 칼슘화하고 이산화탄소화 할때까지 850℃에서 혼합물을 예열하며, 1050-1250℃ 온도, 적합하게는 1100-1200℃ 온도로 소량의 산화 기류에서 예열 혼합물을 탕화하는 것을 특징으로 하는 청구범위 제1-4항에 따른 다공성 탕화 혼합물의 제조방법.
- 탄소함량이 소량인 미세 회분질이 석탄회인것을 특징으로 하는 청구범위 제5항에 따른 방법.
- 탄소함량이 소량이 미세회분질이 플라이 애쉬인 것을 특징으로 하는 청구범위 제5항에 따른 방법.
- 원료혼합물이 예열 및 탕화 전에 노듈라이즈 또는 펠레타이즈됨을 특징으로 하는 청구범위 제5-7항에 따른 방법.
- 원료 혼합물이 예열 및 탕화전에 브릭으로 압착됨을 특징으로 하는 청구범위 제5-7항에 따른 방법.
- 원료혼합물이 청구범위 제1항에 따라 80% 이상을 탕화한 혼합물로 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 청구범위 제9항에 따른 방법.
- 예열 및 탕화를 로터리 킬른에서 실시함을 특징으로 하는 청구범위 제5-8항에 따른 방법.
