Claims (2)

  1. 탄소 : 3.6%이상, 망간 : 0.6%∼0.9%, 실리콘 : 1.8%∼2.5%, 인 : 0.1%이하, 유황 : 0.12% 이하의 극미량의 크롬, 몰리브덴, 등으로 구성되고, 그 조직은 기본적으로는 구상흑연조직으로 이루어지며, 이를 이용하여 제조되는 제조품은 최대5%의 산화철분과 최소 200N/㎟ 이상의 항장력을 가지며, 그 화학조성은, 탄소 : 3.62%∼3.68%, 망간 : 0.70%∼0.85%, 실리콘 : 최대 2.10%, 인 : 0.80% 이하, 유황 : 0.0095% 이하의 범위로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 제동브레이크 동체 제조용 주철.
  2. 상기 주철을 650∼720℃로 180분간 가열하고, 이 온도에서 약 30분간 보지한 후 로내에서 250℃로 서냉하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제동브레이크동체 제조용 주철의 제조방법.
