Claims (4)
- Fe를 주성분으로 하고 여기에 C, Si, Mn, P,S및 Mg 등의 성분이 함유되어 있는 주철을 주조하여 주철제품을 제조함에 있어서, 상기 주조된 주철 제품을 그 조직이 페라이트와 퍼얼라이트의 혼합상태가 되도록 주조하고, 이 부품을 850℃~900℃에서 1~2시간 동안 가열하여 오오스테나이트(Austenite)화 시킨후, 이를 다시 300℃~400℃의 온도에서 1~2시간 유지시켜서 상기 조직을 베이나이트( Bainite)와 오오스테나이트의 혼합상태가 되도록하고 수냉시켜서 고강도 주철 제품을 제조하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 오오스테나이트는 전체 조직의 5~25%가 되도록 제조함을 특징으로 하는 고강도 주철 제품의 제조 방법.
- Fe를 주성분으로 하고 여기에 C, Si, Mn, P,S및 Mg 등의 성분이 함유되어 있는 주철을 주조하여 주철 제품을 제조함에 있어서, 상기 주조된 주철 제품을 그 조직이 페라이트와 퍼얼라이트의 혼합상태가 되도록 주조하고, 이를 650℃~750℃의 온도로 약 액 5~7시간 동안 열처리하고 나서 1~2시간 동안 서냉한 다음 상온까지 냉각시키고 이를 850℃~900℃에서 1~2시간동안 가열하고 조직을오오스테나이트(Austenite)화 한후, 다시 300℃~400℃의 온도에서 1~2시간 유지시켜서 상기 조직을 베이나이트( Bainite)와 오오스테나이트의 혼합상태가 되도록하고 수냉시켜서 고강도 주철 제품을 제조하는 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 오오스테나이트는 전체 조직의 5~25%가 되도록 체조함을 특징으로 하는 고강도 주철 제품의 제조 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
