Claims (3)
- 탄소 : 3.6%이상, 망간 : 0.6%∼0.9%, 실리콘 : 1.8%∼2.5%, 인 : 0.1%이하, 유황 : 0.12% 이하의 조성으로 이루어지고, 이를 이용하여 냉각주조하에 제조되는 구상흑연 조직은 250N/㎟ 이상으로 되고 그제조품의 화학조성은, 탄소 : 3.65%∼3.75%, 망간 : 0.60%∼0.70%, 실리콘 : 최대 2.10%, 인 : 0.09% 이하, 유황 : 0.10% 이하의 범위로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 제동장치 제조용 주철.
- 탄소 : 3.6%이상, 망간 : 0.6%∼0.9%, 실리콘 : 1.8%∼2.5%, 인 : 0.1%이하, 유황 : 0.12% 이하의 조성으로 이루어지고, 이를 이용하여 냉각주조하에 제조되는 제조품의 화학조성은, 탄소 : 3.65%∼3.75%, 망간 : 0.60%∼0.70%, 실리콘 : 최대 2.10%, 인 : 0.09% 이하, 유황 : 0.10% 이하의 범위로 구성되도록 하고, 냉각주조후 열처리에 의하여 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 제동장치 제조용 주철의 제조방법.
- 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 주철을 920℃이상에서 약 30분 이상 보열하고 그후 로냉서 서냉하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제동장치 제조용 주철의 제조방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
