오스템퍼링 처리된 구상흑연주철재의 커넥팅 로드 제조방법

제1도는 본 발명의 오스템퍼링의 사양을 도시하는 그래프, 제2도는 구상흑연주철을 약 350℃ 이하의 온도에서 열처리하므로서 생성되는 침상 베이나이트 조직의 전자 현미경 조직, 제3도는 본 발명에 채용된 구상흑연주철재를 약 400℃ 이상에서 열처리하므로서 생성되는 피얼라이트 조직의 전자 현미경 조직.

Claims (2)

  1. 구상흑연주철재의 커넥팅 로드에 있어서, C:3.2∼3.6%중량%, Si:2.0f2.6 중량%, Mn:0.2∼0.3중량%, P:〈0.03중량%, S:〈0.08중량%, Mo:0.15∼0.35 중량%, Ni:0.5∼1.0중량%, Cu:0.5∼1.0중량%, 잔유물 Fe로 이루어진 구상흑연주철을 약 87024∼93024에서 약 60∼90분간 가열한뒤 350∼400℃에서 약 60∼90분동안 냉각시켜 그 기지 조직이 베이나이트와 잔류 오스테나이트로 이루어진 것을특징으로 하는 구상흑연 주철재의 커넥팅 로드 제조방법.
  2. 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 구사흑연주철의 오스템퍼링 온도가 375℃ 인것을 특징으로 하는 구상흑연주철재의 커넥팅로드 제조방법.
