Abstract

본 발명은 산업폐기물을 이용한 산업폐기물을 이용한 2CaO ·SiO2및 2CaO ·Al2O3·SiO2화합물의 제조방법과 이를 제조하기 위한 조성물에 관한 것으로서, 사업폐기물의 일종인 석회석슬럿지, 석탄회, 폐주물사, 폐유리병 등을 혼합한 후 1270℃∼1570℃의 온도범위에서 용융처리하여 2CaO ·SiO2및 2CaO ·Al2O3·SiO2화합물을 제조하는 것이다.

Claims (4)

  1. 산업폐기물의 일종인 석회석슬럿지, 석탄회, 폐주물사, 폐유리병 등을 혼합한 후 1270℃∼1570℃의 온도범위에서 용융처리하여 2CaO ·SiO2및 2CaO ·Al2O3·SiO2화합물을 제조하는 방법.
  2. 석탄회, 폐주물사, 폐유리병중 하나 이상의 폐기물과 석회석슬럿지를 사용하여 2CaO ·SiO2및 2CaO ·Al2O3·SiO2화합물을 제조하는 방법.
  3. 석회석슬럿지 48.2∼81.2 중량%, 석탄회 0.0∼45.2 중량%, 폐주물사 0.0∼39.7 중량%, 폐유리병 0.0∼51.8중량%등으로 구성되는 2CaO ·SiO2및 2CaO ·Al2O3·SiO2화합물을 제조하는 방법.
  4. 제 3 항에 있어서, 조성물을 용융시킨 후, 서냉 또는 급냉하여 2CaO ·SiO2및 2CaO ·Al2O3·SiO2화합물을 제조하는 방법.
