Claims (5)
- 표준시멘트 또는 특수시멘트와 수화과정에서 형성되는 수산화칼슘을 결합시키기 위한 고체 또는 액체상의 첨가물로 구성되어 있는 유리섬유로 보강된 시멘트 또는 콘크리트용 시멘트 매트릭스로서 첨가물의 총량이 수화작용시 형성되는 수산화칼슘의 결합 또는 반응에 필요한 양과 적어도 동량인 것을 특징으로 하는 시멘트 매트릭스.
- 제1항에 있어서, 반응성 이산화실리콘, 메타카올린, 산화디아토멘, 산화포졸란등이 단독으로 또는 서로 결합하여 첨가재로서 포함되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 시멘트 매트릭스.
- 제2항에 있어서, 용광로광재 또는 비산하는 불연소물이 하나 이상의 전술한 첨가물과 결합하여 포함되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 시멘트 매트릭스.
- 제1항 내지 제3항중 한항 또는 다수항에 있어서, 반응성 이산화실리콘이 포클란드 시멘트에 대하여 50내지 90%의 양으로 삽입 되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 시멘트 매트릭스.
- 제1항 내지 제4항중 한항 또는 다수항에 의한 시멘트 매트릭스를 제조하는 방법으로서, 첨가물로서 사용되는 반응성 이산화 실리콘을 실리콘 또는 페로실리콘을 제조할 때 용융로의 연기가스로부터 수득하고 이산화 실리콘이 환원되고 환원생성물이 공기속에서 증발단계중 다시 산화되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
