Claims (4)

  1. 석탄재에 황산 또는(및) 염산을 가하여 반응시켜서 제1의 반응혼합물을 얻은 후 이것에 또 탄산칼슘을 가하여 반응시켜서 제2의 반응혼합물을 얻고 이것에 시멘트, 슬랙, 석고, 소석회 및 생석회로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 수경성물질의 적어도 1종 및 물을 혼합하여 제3의 반응혼합물을 얻은 후 이것을 성형하여 양생하는 것을 특징으로 하는 석탄재 경화체의 제조방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제2의 반응혼합물이 제1의 반응혼합물을 탄산칼슘과 반응시킨 후 또 슬랙과 반응시켜서 얻어진 것인 것을 특징으로 하는 석탄재 경화체의 제조방법.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 수경성물질 및 물을 혼합함에 앞서서 상기 제2의 반응혼합물을 건조, 분쇄하는 것을 특징으로 하는 석탄재 경화체의 제조방법.
  4. 제1항 내지 제3항중 어느 하나에 있어서, 상기 수경성물질 및 물과 함께 펄프, 석면, 합성섬유 및 무기섬유로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 적어도 1종의 섬유질을 제2의 반응혼합물에 첨가하여 제3의 반응혼합물을 얻고, 이것을 장망(長網) 또는 환망식(丸網式) 초조방법에 의해 성형하는 것을 특징으로 하는 석탄재 경화체의 제조방법.
