Abstract
본 발명은 수쇄슬래그에 석고, 포틀란트시멘트, 탄산칼슘 보강용섬유와 더불어 규조토를 적절히 첨가한 후 초조성형, 양생 및 건조공정을 거치므로서, 고로슬래그의 확대활용이 가능할 뿐만 아니라 고강도를 유지하면서도 크랙발생이 적은 고강도 슬래그 보도드를 제조하는 방법을 제공하고자 하는데, 그 목적이 있다.
상기 목적을 달성하기 위한 본 발명은 비정질화율이 90% 이상인 슬래그 함유 배합원료를 초조방식에 의해 보오드 성형을 한 후, 양생 및 건조하여 슬래그 보오드를 제조하는 방법에 있어서, 상기 배합원료가 중량%로, 섞고 : 3∼33%, 포틀란트시멘트 : 1∼53%, 탄산칼슘 : 2∼8%, 보강용펄프 및 석면중에서 1종 또는 2종 : 5∼15%, 규조토 : 2∼8% 및 나머지는 수쇄슬래그로 조성되는 고강도 슬래그 보오드의 제조방법에 관한 것을 그요지로 한다.

Claims (3)
- 비정질화율이 90% 이상인 슬래그 함유 배함원료를 초조방식에 의해 보오드 성형을 한 후, 양생 및 건조하여 슬래그 보오드를 제조하는 방법에 있어서, 상기 배합원료가 중량%로, 석고 : 3-33%, 포틀란트시멘트 : 1∼5%, 탄산칼슘 : 2∼8%, 보강용펄프 및 석면중에서 1종 또는 2종 : 5∼15%, 규조토 : 2∼8% 및 나머지는 수쇄슬래그로 조성됨을 특징으로 하는 고강도 슬래그 보오드의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 규조토의 입자크기가 5㎛ 이하임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 배합원료에 10중량% 이하의 스크랩 분말을 첨가함을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.※ 참고사항:최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
