Abstract

본 발명은 고로슬래그를 이용하여 건축용, 토목용 및 가구용으로 사용될 수 있는 슬래그 보오드를 제조하는 방법에 관한 것으로, 비정질화율이 90% 이상인 수쇄슬래그 : 40.5~55.5중량%, 석고 : 9~27중량%, 수산화칼슘 : 2.7~9중량%, 탄산칼슘 : 2.7~9중량%, 보강용펄프 : 5~15중량%, 알루미나 시멘트 : 3~15중량%가 되도록 배합하여 초조형식에 의하여 성형한 후, 통상의 양생 및 건조과정을 통하여 슬래그 보오드를 제조하는 방법이다.

Claims (1)

  1. 비정질화율이 90% 이상인 수쇄슬래그 : 40.5~55.5중량%, 석고 : 9~27중량%, 수산화칼슘 : 2.7~9중량%, 탄산칼슘 : 2.7~9중량%, 보강용펄프 : 5~15중량%, 알루미나 시멘트 : 3~15중량%가 되도록 배합하여 초조형식에 의하여 성형한 후, 통상의 양생 및 건조과정을 통하여 슬래그 보오드를 제조하는 방법이다.
