Abstract

본 발명은 벽면이나 천정등의 건축용 판재로써 사용되는 슬래그 보오드의 제조방법에 관한 것으로써, 고로 슬래그와 석고 및 기타 무기질재료를 이용하여 초조공정을 통해서 미반응 슬래그 보오드를 제조하고, 양생 및 건조하므로써, 직정강도를 유지하면서도 크랙의 발생이 적고 경량화된 슬래그 보오드를 제공하고자 하는데, 그 목적이 있다.
본 발명은 비정질하율이 90%이상인 슬래그 함유 배합원료를 초조방식에 의해 보오드 성형을 한 후 양생 및 건조하여 슬래그 보오드를 제조하는 방법에 있어서, 상기 슬래그 함유 배합원료가, 중량%로, 수쇄슬래그 : 40-70%, 석고 : 3-33%, 소석회 : 1-5%, 및 보강재 : 5-15를 기본성분으로 하고, 여기에 탄산칼슘 : 20%이하와 퍼얼라이트 : 20%이하를, 및 스크랩(scrap)분말 : 1-15%로 이루어진 그룹중에서 선택된 1종 또는 2종이상을 첨가하여 조성되는 초조성형에 의한 슬래그 보오드의 제조방법을 그 요지로 한다.

제1도-제4도는 본 발명법 및 비교방법에 의해 제조된 슬래그 보오드의 곡강도를 나타내는 그래프.
제5도는 보강용 펄프의 함량에 따른 슬래그 보오드의 곡강도 변화를 나타내는 그래프.

Claims (4)

  1. 비정질화율이 90% 이상인 슬래그 함유 배합원료를 초조방식에 의해 보오드 성형을 한 후 양생 및 건조하여 슬래그 보오드를 제조하는 방법에 있어서, 상기 슬래그함유 배합원료가, 중량%로, 수쇄슬래그 : 40-70%, 석고 : 3-33%, 소석회 : 1-5%, 및 보강재 : 5-15%를 기본성분으로 하고, 여기에 탄산칼슘 : 20% 이하와 퍼얼라이트 : 20% 이하를 단독 또는 복합 첨가하고, 이들 첨가량의 합이 5-20%가 되도록 조성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 초조성형에 의한 슬래그 보오드의 제조방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 슬래그함유 배합원료에 15% 이하의 스크랩(scrap)분말이 첨가되는 것을 특징으로 하는 초조성형에 의한 슬래그 보오드의 제조방법.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 수쇄슬래그의 염기도가 1.4-1.9인 것을 특징으로 하는 초조성형에 의한 슬래그 보오드의 제조방법.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 소석회의 입도가 4000-7000㎠/g이고 2평균입경이 5㎛ 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 초조성형에 의한 슬래그 보오드의 제조방법.
