시멘트질 제품 보강용 및 이들 보강제품용 고온 내알칼리성 내화섬유
본 내용은 요부공개 건이므로 전문내용을 수록하지 않았음
제1도는 본 발명의 내약품성 내열성 섬유용 실리카, 알루미나 및 산화 지르콘의 양의 범위를 도시하는 삼각도표. (Z1)-(Z12) 및 (B1)-(B7)으로 표시된 점들은 실제 실험상 용융물이고 (P1) 및 (P2)는 2개의 생성물이다. 제2도는 보강섬유의 실리카/알루미나 비율의 작용으로 550°F가 열처리로 부터 제조되는 섬유/시멘트 샘플의 곡절을(modulus of rapture)에 있어서의 변화도, (이 데이타는 표 Ⅳ 및 Ⅴ에서 나온 것임) 제3도는 강도(MR)대 실리카/알루미나 비율에 대한 도면이다. (이 데이타는 표Ⅳ 및 Ⅴ에서 나온 것임)

Claims (10)

  1. 알칼리 및 산환경에서 비활성이며, 이런 환경에서 어떤 실질적인 인장력(tensile strength)의 손실없이 500°F(260℃)이상의 온도에 견딜 수 있는 내 약품성 내열 합성무기섬유를 만들기에 적합한것으로 산화 알칼리 금속을 함유하지 아니하고, 중량비로 45-76중량%, Al2O312-32중량%, ZrO25-30중량%로 조성되며 실리카대 알루미나의 비율이 1.8에서 4.0의 범위로 이루어지는 조성물.
  2. 조성범위가 중량비로 실리카에 대해서는 49.7-73.3중량%이고, 알루미나에 대해서는 18.7-31.5중량%이며, 산화지르콘에 대해서는 5.1-27.4중량%인 것이 바람직한 특허청구의 범위 제1항 기재의 조성물.
  3. 산화 알칼리 토금속을 중량비로 10중량%를 함유하는 특허청구범위 제1항 기재의 조성물.
  4. 실리카데 알루미나의 비율이 1.8에서 3.5범위에 속하는 특허청구의 범위 제1항 기재의 조성물.
  5. 실리카대 알루미나의 비율이 1.8에서 4.0의 범위인 SiO2/Al2O3/ZrO2조성물을 가지고 있는 내 알칼리성 내화섬유로 보강된 규산칼슘 매트릭스트 이루어지고, 곡절강도로 표시된것 처럼 약 5%이상의 강도 손실없이 500°F(260℃)이상의 열처리에 견딜 수 있는 섬유/시멘트 제품.
  6. 규산칼슘 매트릭스가 적어도 실리카와 완전히 반응하기에 충분한 산화칼슘을 가지고 있어서 결정형토우버모라이트를 형성하는 특허청구의 범위 제5항 기재의 섬유/시멘트제품.
  7. 45%까지의 웠라스토나이트를 함유하는 특허청구의 범위 제5항기재의 섬유/시멘트제품.
  8. 우수한 내 수축성(shrinkage resistance)을 나타내며 중량비로, SIO2-46-22중량% Al2O332-38중량%, ZrO213-18중량%로 조성되는 조성식을 가지며, 실리카대 산화지르콘의 비율이 2.6에서 3.8의 범위인 고온 내화 섬유.
  9. 보다 바람직하게는 중량비로 SiO246.4 - 50.1중량%, Al2O332.0-37.3중량%, ZrO215.0-18.0중량%로 조성되고 SiO2대 ZrO2의 비율이 2.6에서 3.32사이인 특허청구의 범위 제8항기재의 고온 내화섬유.
