Claims (18)
- (A)분자량이 최소한 약40,000인 엘라스토머;(B)(i)에틸렌;(ii)일반식H2C=CHR(여기서 R은 C1-C10의 직쇄 또는 분지쇄알킬)인 알파올레핀; 및 (iii) 비공액 폴리엔;의 공중합화로 형성되며, 분자량이 약1,000-약15,000인 3원 중합체로서, 성분(A) 및 (B)의 배합물의 점도가 성분(A)만의 점도보다 적어도 약 5%적도록 되기에 충분한 양의 3원 중합체;및(C) 성분(A) 및 (B)를 경화하기에 충분한 양의 경화제.의 배합물로 구성된 경화성 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 성분(A)가, 에틸렌/프로필렌/비공액 디엔 3원 중합체, 천연고무, 시스-폴리이소프렌, 폴리부타디엔, 폴리(스티렌-부타디엔), 폴리(아크릴로니트릴-부타디엔), 폴리클로로프렌, 플루오로카본고무, 염소화 폴리메틸렌, 클로로술폰화 폴리에틸렌 및 실리콘 고무로 구성되어 있는 군으로부터 선택된 조성물.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 성분(A)가 에틸렌/프로필렌/비공액 디엔 3원 중합체인 조성물.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 성분(B)가 에틸렌,프로필렌 및 비공액 디엔의 3원 중합체인 조성물.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 성분(B)의 분자량이 약2,000-약10,000인 조성물.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 성분(B)의 분자량이 약3,000-약7,000인 조성물
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 경화제, 즉 성분(C)가 유기 과산화물에 히드로 과산화물로 구성되어 있는 군중에서 최소한 하나의 성분으로 구성된 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 경화제, 즉 성분(C)가, (i)유황 및 유황공여체 화합물로 구성되어 있는 군중에서 최소한 한 성분 ; (ii) 유기 과산화물 및 히드로 과산화물로 구성되어 있는 군중에서 최소한 한 성분 ; 및 (iii) 유황 경화 촉진제로 구성된 조성물.
- 제 8 항에 있어서, 유화 경화 촉진제가 술펜아미드인 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 성분(B)가 미량의 조성물로 구성되는 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 성분(B)가 성분(A),(B)및(C)의 총중량에 대하여 약5-50중량%로 구성된 조성물.
- 제 11 항에 있어서, 성분(B)가 성분(A),(B)및(C)의 총중량에 대하여 약10-40중량%로 구성된 조성물.
- (A) 분자량이 최소한 약40,000인 에틸렌/프로필렌/비공액 디엔 3원 중합체;(B) 분자량이 약1,000-약15,000인 에틸렌/프로필렌/비공액 올레핀 3원 중합체로서, 성분(A) 및(B)의 배합물의 점도가 성분(A)만의 점도보다 최소한 약5% 적도록 되기에 충분한 양의 에틸렌/프로필렌/비공액 올레핀 3원 중합체;및(C) 유기 과산화물 및 히드로 과산화물로 구성되어 있는 군으로부터 선택된 최소한 한 성분으로 구성된 경화체로 구성된 경화성 조성물.
- (A) 분자량이 최소한 약40,000인 고분자량 엘라스토머를 제조하고;(B) 상기 고분자량이 엘라스토머를 ; (1) (i)에틸렌 ; (ii) 일반식 H2C=CHR(여기서 R은 C1-C10의 직쇄 또는 분지쇄알킬)인 알파올레핀 ; 및 (ⅲ) 비공액폴리엔 ; 의 공중합화로 형성되며, 분자량이 약 1,000-약 15,000인 저분자량 3원중합체로서, 배합물의 점도가 고분자량 중합체만의 점도보다 적어도 약5%적도록 되기에 충분한 양의 저분자량 3원 중합체 ; 및(2) 조성물을 경화하기에 충분한 양의 경화제 ; 와 배합하고(C) 단계(B)에서 제조된 배합물을 요구하는 형상으로 형성하고 ; 및(D) 상기 배합물을 경화조건에 폭로하는 단계로 구성되는, 엘라스토머 조성물의 제조방법.
- 제14항에 있어서, 고분자량 중합체가EPDM, 천연고무, 시스-폴리이소프렌, 폴리부타디엔, 폴리(스티렌-부타디엔), 폴리(아크릴로니트릴-부타디엔), 폴리클로로프렌, 플루오로카본 고무, 염소화 폴리에틸렌, 클로로프술폰화 폴리에틸렌 및 실리콘 고무로 구성되어 있는 군으로 부터 선택된 제조방법.
- 제15항에 있어서, 성분(B)가 에틸렌/프로틸렌 및 비공액 디엔의 3원 중합체인 제조방법.
- 제16항에 있어서, 저분자량 3원 중합체가 에틸렌, 프로필렌 및 비공액 디엔의 3원 중합체인 제조방법.
- 제17항에 있어서, 경화제가 유기 과산화물 및 히드로 과산화물로 구성되어 있는 군으로부터 선택된 제조방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
