제2도는 본 발명에서 사용한 프로필렌수지의 차등열 분석법에 의한 측정도표.

Claims (4)

  1. 차등열분석법에 의하여 측정하는 두 융점을 가지며 더 높은 융점을 기준으로한 피이크에 대한 용해열 QH가 0.5 내지 2.3cal/g인 프로필렌수지예비 발포입자.
  2. 압력용기 내에서 프로필렌수지입자안으로 발포제를 함유하게 하고, 이 입자를 물에 분산시켜 교반하고 가압하에서 예정온도까지 수성분산물을 가열하고, 이 수성분산물을 저압지역안으로 방출하고 방출되는 상기 분산물이 약 상기 프로필렌수지입자의 융점+1)℃ 내지 약(프로필렌 수지입자의 융점+7)℃의 온도범위가 되도록 개량하는 것으로써 구성되는 차등열분석법에 의하여 측정되는 두 융점을 가지며 고융점 기준피이크 융해열 QH가 0.5 내지 2.3cal/g인 프로필렌수지 예비발포입자의 제조방법.
  3. 제2항에 있어서 상기 수성분산물을 2 내지 10㎜의 구경을 가지는 오리피스를 통해 저압지역에 방출하는 프로필렌 수지예비 발포입자의 제조방법.
  4. 닫을 수 있으며 예비발포입자에 내부압력을 가하는 공정이 없이 밀봉할 수 있는 금형안에 차등열분석법에 의하여 측정할 수 있는 두 융점을 가지며 고융점 기준 피이크 융해열 QH가 0.5 내지 2.3cal/g인 프로필렌수지예비 발포입자를 충전하여 증기로 이 예비발포 입자를 가열하는 것으로 구성되는 발포제품의 제조방법.
