Claims (5)

  1. 폴리에틸렌 수지를 압출기로써 직구도가 0.3 이상인 미립입자로 제조하고, 이 미립입자를 기교제(DCP)와 물과 함께 반응기에 넣고 교반시키면서 함침온도(T1)에서 가교온도(T2)로 서서히 가열하여 구상화와 동시에 가교를 실시하며, 구상화 및 가교된 입자에 발포제를 가하여 7-13 배율로 1차 발포시킴과 더불어 이에 고압공기를 가하여 25-35 배율로 2차 발포시키는 한편, 이를 성형기 내에서 내압을 가하면서 성형한 후 숙성시키도록 된 구상화된 가교폴리에틸렌 수지의 팽창입자 제조방법.
  2. 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 함침온도(T1)와 가교온도(T2)의 온도차(△T)가 30℃ 이내로서 DCP의 역확산 현상을 이용하여 입자 표면의 가교밀도를 낮출 수 있도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 구상화된 가교폴리에틸렌수지의 팽창입자 제조방법.
  3. 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 함침온도(T1)로부터 가교온도(T2)까지 가열하는 속도가 4-℃/min인 것을 특징으로 하는 구상화된 가교폴리에틸렌 수지의 팽창입자 제조방법.
  4. 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 가교제(DCP)의 첨가량이 0.3phr 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 구상화된 가교폴리에틸렌 수지의 팽창입자 제조방법.
  5. 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 폴리에틸렌 수지의 용융지수(MI)가 0.8-7 범위인 것을 특징으로 하는 구성화된 가교폴리에틸렌 수지의 팽창입자 제조방법.
