Claims (26)

  1. 200℃에서 1시간 가열을 하였을때의 칫수유지율이 70% 이상이며, 또한 발포배율이 5배 이상인 무기물함유 염소화 염화비닐수지 발포체.
  2. 제1항에 있어서 무기물이 무기섬유형상물을 함유하는 것인 무기물함유 염소화 염화비닐수지 발포체.
  3. 제2항에 있어서 무기섬유형상물의 함유량이 체적 1㎤당 0.01g 이상인 무기물함유 염소화 염화비닐수지 발포체.
  4. 제2항 또는 제3항에 있어서 무기섬유형상물이 석면을 함유하는 것인 무기물함유 염소화 염화비닐수지 발포체.
  5. 제2항 또는 제3항에 있어서 무기섬유형상물이 유리섬유를 함유하는 것인 무기물함유 염소화 염화비닐수지 발포체.
  6. 제2항 또는 제3항에 있어서 무기섬유형상물이 암면을 함유하는 것인 무기물함유 염소화 염화비닐수지 발포체.
  7. 제1항에 있어서 체적 1㎤당 석면 또는 암면을 0.01g 이상 함유하여서된 무기물함유 염소화 염화비닐수지 발포체.
  8. 제1항에 있어서 무기입상물을 체적 1㎤당 0.06g 이상 함유하여서된 무기물함유 염소화 염화비닐수지 발포체.
  9. 제1항에 있어서 무기섬유상물과 무기입상물을 함유하여서된 무기물함유 염소화 비닐수지.
  10. 제1항, 제3항 또는 제8항에 있어서, 염소화 염화비닐 수지가 염소함유율 57~75중량%의 것인 무기물함유 염소화 염화비닐수지 발포체.
  11. 제1항, 제3항 또는 제8항에 있어서, 발포율이 5~200배인 무기물함유 염소화 염화비닐수지 발포체.
  12. 제1항, 제3항 또는 제8항에 있어서, 인산에스텔을 함유하는 무기물함유 염소화 염화비닐수지 발포체.
  13. 제12항에 있어서, 인산에스텔이 정인산에스텔인 무기물함유 염소화 비닐수지 발포체.
  14. 제12항에 있어서, 인산에스텔이 인을 7중량% 이상 함유하는 무기물함유 염소화 비닐수지 발포체.
  15. 제12항에 있어서, 인산에스텔이 인외에 할로겐 원자를 구성 원소로하여 함유하는 무기물함유 염소화 염화비닐수지 발포체.
  16. 제12항에 있어서, 인산에스텔이 트리스크로로에틸포스페이트인 무기물함유 염소화 염화비닐수지 발포체.
  17. 제12항에 있어서, 염소화 염화비닐수지 100중량%부에 대한 인산에스텔의 비율이 5~50중량부인 염소화 염화비닐수지 발포체.
  18. 제12항에 있어서, 무기물이 무기섬유 상물과 함께 3염화 안티몬을 함유하는 것인 무기물함유 염소화 염화비닐수지 발포체.
  19. 제12항에 있어서, 염소화염화비닐수지의 염소함유율이 68~75중량%인 발포체.
  20. 염소화 염화비닐수지, 무기물, 분해형 발포제 및 용제를 혼련(混練)한 발포성 조성물을 밀봉할 수 있는 금형내에 충전하여 가압하에서 가열하고, 염소화 염화비닐수지의 용융 겔화와 분해형 발포제의 분해를 일으킨후, 발포적성 온도에서 금형을 열면서 동시에 발포시키는것을 특징으로 하는 무기물함유 염소화 염화비닐수지 발포체의 제법.
  21. 제20항에 있어서, 염소화 염화비닐 수지의 평균중합도가 300~5000, 염화함유율이 57~75중량%인 무기물 함유염소화 염화비닐 수지발포체의 제법.
  22. 제20항에 있어서, 무기물의 량이 염소화 염화비닐수지 100중량부에 대하여 5~1000중량부인 무기물 함유염소화 염화비닐 수지 발포체의 제법.
  23. 제20항에 있어서, 무기물의 량이 염소화 비닐수지 100중량부에 대하여 80~500중량부인 무기물 함유 염소화 염화비닐수지 발포체의 제법.
  24. 제20항에 있어서, 용제가 염화비닐 수지를 겔화시키는 능력을 갖는 것인 무기물함유 염소화 염화비닐수지 발포체의 제법.
  25. 제20항에 있어서, 용제의 량이 염소화 염화비닐 수지 100중량부에 대하여 60~1000중량부인 무기물함유 염소화 염화비닐 수지 발포체의 제법.
  26. 제20항에 있어서, 안정제를 함유하여서된 무기물함유 염소화 염화비닐 수지 발포체의 제법.
