제 1 도는 높은 온도쪽의 융점을 기준으로 피크 용융 열량 QH를 어떻게 결정하는가를 설명하기 위해, DSC방법(Differential Scanning Calorimetry)을 사용하여 실시예(2)에서 얻어진 본 발명의 프로필렌수지 예비발포 비이드의 도표의 예.
제 2 도는 DSC 방법에 의해 본 발명에 사용된 프로필렌수지의 융점 TM을 측정하기 위한 예를 나타내는 DSC 도표.
제 3 도는 본 발명을 실시하기 위해 사용되는 장치의 구체예를 보여주는 개략도.
Claims (8)
- 가스 압력하에 프로필렌 수지의 예비발포 비이드를 압축하고, 상기 압축된 비이드를 닫을 수는 있으나 봉할 수는 없는 주형에 넣은 후, 상기 주형으로부터 탈기시키고, 스팀으로 가열 용융시켜 상기 주형 모양의 성형체를 제조하는 폴리프로필렌 수지의 발포성형제의 제조방법에 있어서, 차동주사 열량계로 측정하였을 때 두개의 융점을 가지고, 상기 두개의 피이크 융점에서 높은 온도 피이크에서의 융점을 기준으로 한 피이크 용융열량 QH가 0.3 내지 3.5cal/g인 폴리프로필렌 예비발포 비이드를 주형에 압축 주입하고, 그 압축율이 10 내지 60%인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리프로필렌 수지의 발포체 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 예비발포 비이드 주입용 내압용기의 압력이 주형에서의 압력과 같게 유지되고 상기 주형이 폴리프로필렌수지의 압축된 예비발포 비이드로 충전되는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 피이크 용융열량 QH가 0.5 내지 3.0cal/g인 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 두 융점의 차이가 15내지 25℃인 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에있어서, 상기 프로필렌 수지는 프로필렌 단일중합체, 에틸렌-프로필렌 랜덤 공중합체, 에틸렌-프로필렌 블록 공중합체, 에틸렌-프로필렌 블록 공중합체, 에틸렌-프로필렌-부텐 랜덤 공중합체, 프로필렌-염화비닐 공중합체, 프로필렌-부텐 공중합체와 프로필렌-말레산 무수물 공중합체로부터 선택된 적어도 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 상기 프로필렌 수지가 가교결합 되지 않은 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 5 항에 있어서 상기 프로필렌 수지가 그것과 혼합되어 사용할 수 있는 다른 열가소성 수지와 혼합물로 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제 7 항에 있어서, 상기 열가소성 수지는 저밀도 폴리에틸렌, 직쇄 저밀도 폴리에틸렌, 폴리스티렌, 폴리부텐과 이오노머로부터 선택된 적어도 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
