마찰, 잡음 감쇠용 삽입물을 피치된(pitched)케이블에 부착시키는 방법

제2a도는 피치된 케이블이 회전하지 않는 때 필라멘트 감기를 도시한 도면.
제2b, 2c도는 확살표 B,C방향에서의 제2a도를 도시한 도면.

Claims (7)

  1. 다수의 나선과 함께 가는 선을 갖는 와이어 로우프 구성된 피치된 케이블상에 마찰과 감음을 줄이는 심을 끼우기 위한 방법에 있어서,
    틸 부스러기로 필라멘트(5) 또는 테이프를 나선이 난 가는선 사이에 감을을 특징으로 하는방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 틸′부스러기로 채워진 필라멘트(5) 또는 테이프를 감기전에 나선이 난 가는 선 사이에 점착물을 삽입시킴을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 전술한 피치된 케이블(1)이 길이 축둘레로 회전되며, 전술한 필라멘트 또는 데이트가 공급용기로부터 떼어지고 전술한 피치된 케이블(1)과 평행하게 이동함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 전술한 공급용기가 스푸울임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  5. 제2항에 있어서, 전술한 틸 부스러기로 채워진 필라멘트(5)가 전술한 피치된 케이블 둘레에서 이에 직각인 한 평탄면 내에서 회전하는 한 스푸울상에 저장되며, 전술한 필라멘트가 전술한 피치된 케이블(1)의 길이 이동에 의해 전술한 스푸울(4)로부터 이탈되어짐을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  6. 다수의 나선과 함께 가는 선을 갖는 와이어 로우프 구성된 피치된 케이블상에 마찰과 잡음을 줄이는 심을 끼우기 위한 방법에 있어서,
    틸 부스러기로 채워진 필라멘트를 열가소성 물질로 만들고, 전술한 열가소성 물질의 용융점 이상의 온도로 전술한 피치된 케이블을 가열시킨 다음 전술한 털 부스러기로 채워진 필라멘트를 나선이 난 가는선 사이에 감음으로써 필라멘트를 케이블에 접착시키도록 함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 직류전류를 일정한 길이의 전술한 케이블에 적용시키어 케이블을 가열시키도록 함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
