Claims (8)
- コアケーブルと、
前記コアケーブルの周囲へ一定のピッチで螺旋状に配置したワイヤと、
芯糸と前記芯糸に固定されたパイルとを有し、前記コアケーブルと前記ワイヤにより形成された側壁部と底部とを有する溝へ螺旋状に配置したモールとを備えた有歯ケーブルあって、
溶融可能なフィラメント糸を前記底部へ接触させて配置するフィラメント糸配置工程と、
前記フィラメント糸を配置した後、前記底部へ配置された前記フィラメント糸が前記底部と前記芯糸との間に配置され、前記芯糸が前記フィラメント糸の表面へ接触するように前記モールに張力をかけながら前記溝へ配置するモール配置工程と、
前記モールを配置した後に、前記フィラメント糸を溶融させ、前記芯糸及び前記底部側に配置されたパイル内に形成された隙間へ前記フィラメントが入り込むフィラメント糸溶融工程と、
溶融した前記フィラメント糸を固化させることにより、前記コアケーブルと前記モールとを接合する接合工程を含む製造方法により得られることを特徴とする有歯ケーブル。 - 前記フィラメント糸は、集束させた複数のフィラメントで構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1記載の有歯ケーブル。
- 前記フィラメント糸は、高さよりも幅が大きい一つのフィラメントで構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1記載の有歯ケーブル。
- 前記フィラメント糸の融点が、前記モールの融点よりも低いことを特徴とする請求項1記載の有歯ケーブル。
- 前記芯糸の中心から前記底部までの間隔が、前記溝へ配置する前の前記芯糸の中心から前記パイルの先端までの間隔よりも小さいことを特徴とする請求項1記載の有歯ケーブル。
- 前記フィラメント糸および前記芯糸が、前記溝における一方の前記側壁部側に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1記載の有歯ケーブル。
- 請求項1から6のいずれか1項に記載の有歯ケーブルを備えたケーブル装置。
- 請求項1から6のいずれか1項に記載の有歯ケーブルを備えた移動体の移動システム。
