Claims (7)
- 다음과 같은 특성을 갖는 항생제 A42125, 및 이의 염. 상태 : 백색 결정(물로부터) 융점 : 149 내지 150℃ UV : 비흡수 IR(Kbr) : 첨부된 도면에 도시된 바와 같음 적정(80% 수성 디메틸포름아미드) : pka값 5.2, 8.7 및 10.5 분자량 : 2032(장 탈착 질량 분광분석법) 실험식 : C101H184N2O38아미노산 : 없음 용해도 : 물에 가용성.
- 제 1항에 있어서. A42125 또는 약제학적으로 허용되는 이의 염인 화합물.
- 액침 호기성 발효 조건하에 탄소, 질소 및 무기염의 동화성 공급원을 함유하는 배양배지중에서, 항생제 A42125가 생성될 때까지 노카르디아 에어로콜로니게네스(Nocardia aerocolonigenes) NRRL 18049, 또는 이의 A42125-생성 변종, 돌연변이체 또는 재조합체를 배양함을 특징으로 하여 항생제 A42125를 제조하는 방법.
- 제 3항에 있어서, 배양배지로부터 A42125를 분리하는 추가의 단계를 포함하는 방법.
- 동물사료와 제 2항에서 청구한 화합물의 유효량으로 이루어진, 반추동물의 사료 이용효율을 증가시키기 위한 사료 조성물.
- 미생물 노카르디아 에어로콜로니게네스 NRRL 18049 또는 이의 A42125-생성 변종, 돌연변이체 또는 재조합체의 생물학적으로 순수한 배양물.
- 제 1항에서 청구한 항생제 A42125에 대해 내성이 있는 돌연변이체를 선택하고, 이들 돌연변이체를 유전적 재조합 시험에서 사용함을 특징으로 하여 메타노겐에서의 유전적 교환 시스템을 조성하는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
