Claims (20)

  1. 최종 생성물을 기준하여 0.1 내지 2.0중량%의 젤라틴을 80℃ 이하에서 물에 용해시키고, 접착 방지제를 이 용액에 가한 다음 ;
    임의로, 보존제, 보습제, 염, 완충계 및 침투 촉진제를 상기 용액에 도입시키고 ;
    80℃ 이하에서 상기 용액에 하이드록시에틸 셀룰로즈, 카복시메틸 셀룰로즈, 메틸 셀룰로즈, 하이드록시프로필메틸셀룰로즈, 폴리비닐 알콜, 폴리비닐피놀리돈, 폴리아크릴 산 또는 이들의 혼합물을 최종 생성물을 기존하여 0.1 내지 2.0중량%의 양으로, 단, 폴리비닐 알콜 또는 폴리비닐피롤리돈의 경우에는 15중량% 이하의 양으로 도입시키고 ;
    최종 생성물 100g 당 1×1016내지 1×10IU양의 α-인터페론을 상기 용액에 균질하게 분산시킨 다음 혼합물을 멸균 용기에 충진시킴을 특징으로 하여, 약제에 함유된 α-인터페론을 안정화시킨 국소용 약제를 제조하는 방법.
  2. 0.1 내지 2.0중량%의 하이드록시에틸 셀룰로즈를 10중량% 이하의 젤라틴과 함께 60℃ 이하의 온도에서 물/글리세롤 혼합물에 용해시키고 ;
    40 내지 50℃의 온도에서 폴리소르베이트 및 염산이 함유된 α-IFN 용액을 조심스럽게 교반해 넣은 다음 ;
    상기 용액을 즉시 적절한 주형에 부음을 특징으로 하여, 질내투여용 약제를 제조하는 방법.
  3. 약제에 부형제로서 각각 담체 및 안정화제, 즉 셀룰로즈 유도체, 폴리비닐 알콜, 폴리비닐피롤리돈 또는 폴리아크릴 산 중합체 또는 이들의 혼합물 및 산 또는 알칼리-분해된 젤라틴이 함유되고, 추가로 접착방지제 및 경우에 따라, 다른 통상적인 보조제가 함유됨을 특징으로 하는, 약제에 함유된 α-인터페론을 안정화시킨 국소투여용 약제.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 약제에 하이드로젤이 함유되고 부형제로서 각각 담체 및 안정화제, 즉 셀룰로즈 유도체, 폴리비닐 알콜, 폴리비닐피롤리돈 또는 폴리아크릴 산 중합체 또는 이들의 혼합물 및 산 또는 알칼리-분해된 젤라틴이 함유되며, 추가로 접착방지제 및 경우에 따라, 다른 통상적인 보조제가 함유됨을 특징으로 하는, 약제에 함유된 α-인터페론을 안정화시킨 국소투여용 약제.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 약제에 부형제로서 담체 및 안정화제, 즉 하이드록시에틸 셀룰로즈 및 젤라틴이 각각 최종 생성물을 기준하여 0.1 내지 2.0중량%의 양으로 함유됨을 특징으로 하는 약제.
  6. 제4항에 있어서, 약제에 부형제로서 담체 및 안정화제, 즉 하이드록시에틸 셀룰로즈 및 젤라틴이 함유됨에 있어서, 상기 젤라틴의 양이 최종 생성물을 기준하여 0.1 내지 10중량%임을 특징으로 하는 약제.
  7. 제5 또는 6항에 있어서, 젤라틴이 블룸(Bloom) 190 내지 200이고 하이드록시에틸 셀룰로즈의 치환도가 2.5임을 특징으로 하는 약제.
  8. 제3 내지 7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 접착방지제가 음이온성, 양이온성 또는 중성 계면 활성 물질, 바람직하게는 폴리에톡실화된 소르비탄 에스테르로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 약제.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 접착방지제가 폴리소르베이트 20,60 또는 80 또는 이들의 혼합물임을 특징으로 하는 약제.
  10. 제3 내지 9항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 약제에 함유된 α-인터페론이 인체 α-인터페론에 대해 코드화되는 DNA 서열로 형질전환된 세포배양물로부터 수득됨을 특징으로 하는 약제.
  11. 제10항에 있어서, 약제안에 함유된 α-인터페론이 형질전환된 이. 콜라이(E. coli) 세포로부터 수득됨을 특징으로 하는 약제.
  12. 제11항에 있어서, 약제에 함유된 α-인터페론의 고유활성도가 최종 생성물 100g당 1×105내지 1×1010IU 임을 특징으로 하는 약제.
  13. 제3 내지 12항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 부가적인 보조제로서 완충계 피부에 무독한 보습제 및 보존제, α-인터페론과 혼화될 수 있는 침투 촉진제 및 비히클이 함유됨을 특징으로 하는 약제.
  14. 제13항에 있어서, 완충계가 인산 나트륨 완충액, 인산 수소 칼륨/인산 이수소 나트륨 완충액, 시트르산/인산염 완충액, 칼륨-나트륨-글루타메이트-인산염 완충액, 석시네이트 완충액 또는 이들의 혼합물임을 특징으로 하는 약제.
  15. 제14항에 있어서, 특정한 완충용액의 pH가 6.0 내지 7.4임을 특징으로 하는 약제.
  16. 제13항에 있어서, 보습제로서 글리세롤, 1,2-프로필렌 글리콜, 소르비톨, 부틸렌 글리콜, 폴리올((예, 폴리에틸렌 글리콜 400) 또는 이들의 혼합물이 함유됨을 특징으로 하는 약제.
  17. 제13항에 있어서, 피부에 무독한 보존제로서 P-하이드록시벤조산 에스테르, 소르브산, 벤조산, 클로르헥시딘 디글루코네이트, 벤즈알코늄 클로라이드, 헥사데실트리메틸암모늄 브로마이드 또는 이들의 혼합물이 함유됨을 특징으로 하는 약제.
  18. 제13항에 있어서, α-인터페론과 혼화될 수 있는 침투 촉진제가 디메틸 설폭사이드의 50중량% 이하임을 특징으로 하는 약제.
  19. 제13항에 있어서, 겔에 대해 사용된 비히클이 물임을 특징으로 하는 약제.
  20. 헤르페스 라비알리스(Herpes labialis), 유두종 감염증을 포함하는 헤르페스 제니탈리스(Herpes genitalis), 우췌 및 헤르페스 조스테르(Herpes zostes)에 대한 경피, 비내, 안내 및 질내 바이러스억제제로 사용되고 또한 유사암 및 암의 국소치료용으로서도 사용됨을 특징으로 하는 제3 내지 19항에 따른 약제의 용도.
