Claims (10)
- 시클로폴리디오가노실록산, 계면활성제 및 물로 이루어진 전구체 에멀젼을 롤리디오가노실로산소적이 0.15마이크론 미만의 평균크기를 가지며 0.15 내지 5의 계면활성제 대폴리디오가노실록산 중량 비율을 갖는 투명하고 안정한 마이크로 에멀젼이 생성되도록 하는데 효과적인 첨가속도로 물 및 유효량의 중합촉매로 이루어진 중합매질에 혼합하면서 연속적으로 첨가함의 특징으로 하여, 폴리디오가노실록산의 투명하고 안정한 수성 에먼젼을 제조하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 중합매질의 온도가 전구체 에멀젼을 첨가하는 동안에 적어도 50℃이며, 롤리디오가노실록산 소적크기가 0.10마이크론 미만인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 전구체 에멀젼에 사용된 계면활성제가 2,6,8-트리메틸-4-노닐옥시폴리에틸렌옥시에탄올(6EO),2,6,8트리메틸-4-노닐옥시폴리에틸렌옥시에탄올(10EO),알킬렌-옥시플리에틸렌옥시에탄올(C11내지 15의 2급 알킬,15EO), 알킬렌-옥시플리에틸렌옥시에탄올(C11내지 15의 2급 알킬,15EO) ,옥틸렌옥시폴리에톡시에탄올(40EO), 및 폴리에틸렌옥사이드-이소-옥틸페닐에테르로 이루어진 계면활성제의 그룹으로 부터 선택된 비이온성 계면활성제인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 전구체 에멀젼에서 사용된 계면활성제가 탄소수 6내지 18의 탄소체를 함유하는 지방족 치환제를 갖는, 지방족으로 치환된 벤젠설폰산 및 그의 염, 지방족으로 치환된 나프탈렌설폰산 및 그의 염, 지방족으로 치환된 설폰산 및 그의 염, 실릴알킬설폰산 및 그의 염, 및 지방족으로 치환된 디페닐에테르설폰산 및 그의 염으로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택된 음이온성 계면활성제인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 중합매질에 사용된 촉매가 무기산, 알칼리금속 수산화물, 설폰산 및 4급 암모늄 수산화물로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택되는 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 중합매질에 사용된 촉매가 탄소수 6내지 18의 탄소체를 함유하는 지방족 치환제를 갖는, 지방족으로 치환된 벤젠설폰산, 지방족으로 치환된 나프탈렌설폰산, 지방족 설폰산, 실릴알킬설폰산 또는 지방족으로 치환된 디페닐에테르설폰산인 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 중합매질에 사용된 촉매가 적어도 하나의 알킬그룹의 탄소수가 6내지 18이고 알킬그룹의 탄소수가 1내지 18인 테트라알킬암모늄형의 양이온인 촉매인된 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 전구체 에멀젼이 N-(2-아미노에틸)-3-아미노-프로필트메톡시설란, 트리메톡시비닐실란, 트리스-(2-메톡시에특시)비닐실란 및 3-클로로프로필트메톡시실란으로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택된 유기작용성 실록산 단량체를 추가로 함유하는 방법.
- 제1항의 방법에 의해 제조된 마이크로 에멀젼.
- 평균 소적크기가 0.10마이크론 미만인 폴리디오가노실록산 10내지 35중량%; 계면활성체 및 촉매 2내지 18중량%; 및 몰60내지 90중량%로 이루어지며, 폴리디오가노실록산의 수평균 분자량을 20,000보다 큰 물중의 폴리디오가노실록산 소적의 마이크로 에멀젼.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
