Claims (2)

  1. 환류냉각기가 부착된 반응조내에서 분자량조절제인 수소의 존재하에 액상매체로서 프로필렌 또는 그들의 혼합물을 사용하고 환류냉각기내의 매체의 증기를 냉각히여 적어도 일부의 중합열이라도 제거하면서 단량체 또는 단량체 혼합물로서 프로필렌단독 또는 프로필렌과 이 프로필렌과 공중합할 수 있는 다른 α-올레핀과의 혼합물을 일정온도에서 벌크중합반응시켜서 프로필렌 단일중합체 또는 공중합체를 제조하는 방법에 있어서, 단위시간당 중합된 단량체 또는 단량체 혼합물의 양을 동일단위시간당 반응조로부터 인위적으로 제거된 열량과 자연적으로 소산된 열량과의 합으로써 산출된 발열량을 기준으로 계산하는 공정과, 135℃ 테트라린 용액으로 측정한 프로필렌 단일중합체 또는 공중합체의 극한점도수(η)와 프로필렌 단일중합체 또는 공중합체 단위중량당 각각 소비된 수소의 부피(X)와의 관계식
    1n η=1n X+A
    (식중, A : 상수)을 이용하여 소정분자량의 단일중합체 또는공중합체의 단위중량당 필요한 수소의 부피를 결정하는 공정과, 상기에서 결정된 수소부피와 상기에서 계산된 단량체량 도는 단량체 혼합물량과의 적과 반응조로부터 슬러리에 수반되어 배출되는 수소부피와의 합으로부터 반응조내로 슬러리에 수반되어 도입되는 수소의 부피를 감산하여 얻어진 값으로써 산출된 반응조내의 수소 소비부피 변화에 따라서 반응조내로 장입되는 수소의 부피를 제어하는 공정으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 프로필렌 단일중합체 또는 공중합체의 제조방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 프로필렌은 단독 단량체를 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 프로피렌 단일중합체 또는 공중합체의 제조방법.
