제 2 도는 크롬을 첨가시킨 것과 첨가시키지 않은 니켈 알루미나이드 합금에 대하여 연신율을 온도와 함수로서 나타낸 도표.
Claims (4)
- Ni3Al 기추재, 고온강도를 증가시키는데 충분한 농도의 IVA족 원소 또는 그들의 혼합물, 연성을 증가시키는데 충분한 농도의 붕소, 및 산화분위기중의 상승된 온도에서 연성을 증가시키는데 충분한 농도의 크롬으로 구성되는 니켈 알루미나이드.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 IVA족 원소가 지르코늄, 하프늄 또는 이들의 혼합물이고, 이 원소가 0.2~1.5%의 농도로 함유되어 있으며, 알루미늄 17~20%, 크롬은 1.5~8%, 붕소는 0.05~0.2% 및 차인 잔여량의 니켈로 구성된 니켈 알루미나이드.
- Ni3Al 기초재, 고온강도를 증가시키는데 충분한 농도의 IVA족 원소 또는 그들의 혼합물, 열가공성을 증가시키는데 충분한 농도의 철 및 회토류원소 또는 그들의 혼합물, 연성을 증가시키는데 충분한 농도의 붕소 및 산화 분위기중의 상승된 온도에서 연성을 증가시키는데 충분한 농도의 크롬으로 구성되는 니켈-철 알루미나이드.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 IVA족 원소가 지르코늄, 하프늄 또는 이들의 혼합물이고, 이 원소가 0.1~1.0%의 농도로 함유되어 있으며, 알루미늄 17~20%, 철 9~16%, 크롬 1/5~8%, 붕소 0.05~0.2%의 농도로 각각 함유되어 있으며, 상기 희토류 원소가 세륨이고, 이 원소가 0.001~0.004%의 농도로 함유되어 있고, 차인잔여량의 니켈로 구성된 니켈-철 알루미나이드.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
