Abstract
PURPOSE: To obtain an Ni3Al alloy with superior oxidation resistance, sulfurization resistance and ductility by adding a specified amount each of specified elements to an Ni3Al intermetallic compound shown as an L2 1 type one.
CONSTITUTION: This Ni3Al alloy with superior oxidation resistance, sulfurization resistance and ductility is based on an Ni3Al intermetallic compound phase contg., by wt., one or more among ≤3.0% B, 0.05W4.0% Nb, 0.005W4.0% Zr and 0.01W 2.0% Mo, ≤0.5% one or more kinds of rare earth elements and at least one of ≤1.0% Y, ≤1.0% Mg, ≤2.0% Cu, ≤10.0% Ti and ≤20% Cr.
