Claims (11)
- 하기의 조성(단, 전기적으로 중성을 유지함)을 갖는 W-구조로서 공간에서 모든 방향으로 거의동일한 치수를 갖는, 미분화 자기 입자인 헥사페라이드 안료.ExMm(Ⅰ)Mn(Ⅱ)Fe18-(m+n)O27-yDy상기식에서, E는 알칼리토금속, 알칼리금속, 란타나이드 또는 납으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 적어도 하나의 원소이며, M(Ⅰ) 및 M(Ⅱ)는 각각 금속 또는 반-금속으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 적어도 하나의 원소이고, D는 할로겐 및 칼코겐으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 적어도 하나의 원소이며, 0.8≤x≤1.2≤1.0≤m≤3.0, 0≤n≤8.0, 0≤y≤5.0 이고, n>0인 경우 n은 y와 같다.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 입자의 두계에 대한 직경의 비가 0.6 내지 1.5의 범위인 미분화 자기 헥사페라이트 안료.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 두께에 대한 직경의 비가 0.8 내지 1.3인 미분화 자기 헥사페라이트 안료.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 80nTm3/g 이상의 포화자화(Ms)를 갖는 미분화 자기 헥사페라이트 안료.
- 금속산화물, 수산화물, 히드록시옥사이드, 탄산염, 질산염 또는 W-헥사 페라이트 안료의 조성물에 상응하는 이의 혼합물(i)을 산화붕소, 붕산, 금속 보레이트, SiO2또는 이의 혼합물(ii)과 함께 1100 내지 1450℃의 온도에서 용융시킨 다음, 용융물을 600℃이하의 온도로 급냉시킨 다음, 급냉된 용융물을 1000℃ 내지 1400℃에서 1초 내지 2시간동안 다시 조질하여, 제 1 항의 미분화 등적 W-헥사페라이트 안료를 제조하는 방법.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, W-헥사페라이트 안료 조성물을 기준으로 1 내지 10% 원자의 불화금속, 과산화금속 또는 두가지 모두를 (i)-(ii) 혼합물에 가하는 방법.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 불화금속 및 과산화금속이 불화바륨 및 과산화바륨인 방법.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 급냉을 냉각제 중에서 수행하는 방법.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 반응 생성물을 조질한 후 약산으로 처리하는 방법.
- 제 9 항에 있어서, 약산이 아세트산, 시트르산, 옥살산, 타르타산 또는 이의 혼합물인 방법.
- 자기안료입자를 함유하는 자기충격기록용 복합제품에 있어서, 언급된 자기안료입자가 제 1 항에서 청구된 W-구조의 미분화 자기 헥사페라이트 안료임을 특징으로 하는 제품.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
