Claims (19)
- 일반식 H-X-Pro-펩티드(여기에서,X는 천연생성 아미노산이고 ; 펩티드는 생물학적 활성 펩티드 또는 단백질을 정의하는 아미노산 서열이다)를 a) 비양성자성 용매중의 약산성 조건 또는 b) 완충수성매질 중의 산성·중성 또는 알칼리성 조건하에 두어 펩티드를 분해 및 분리시키는 동시에 H-X-Pro잔기의 디케토피페라진을 형성함을 특징으로 하여 생물학적 활성 펩티드 또는 단백질을 정의하는 아미노산 서열을 갖는 화합물을 제조하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 비양성자성 용매가 N-메틸프롤리디논, N,N-디메틸포름아미드, 디메틸설폭사디이드 포름아미드 또는 헥사메틸포스포르아미드인 방법.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 비양성자성 용매가 N-메틸피롤리디논인 방법.
- 제 1 항, 제 2 항 또는 제 3 항에 있어서, 아세트산, 인산, 아인산, 황산, 트리플루오로아세트산, 포름산, 말레산, 타르타르산 또는 글리신을 가하여 약산성 조건을 유도하는 방법.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 산이 아세트산인 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 약 15 내지 약 50℃의 온도에서 반응을 수행하는 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 6 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 산의 농도가 약 0.1 내지 약 1M인 방법.
- 제 7 항에 있어서, 약 0.33M의 아세트산을 사용하여 반응을 수행하는 방법.

- 제 1 항 내지 제16항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 펩티드가 프로인슐린, 인체 성장호르몬, 소의 성장호르몬, α-인터페론, β-인터페론, γ-인터페론, 인터류킨-1, 인터류킨-2, 성장호르몬 방출인자, 인슐린 유사 성장인자, 조직 플라스미노겐 활성인자, 단백질 또는 상기한 것들 중 어느 하나의 개질된 생물학적 활성 형태를 정의하는 아미노산 잔기의 서열인 방법.
