Claims (18)

  1. 골프공에 요구되는 바람직한 되튀김성, 클릭 및 촉감을 유지하는 동시에 개선된 압축력과 파쇄강도를 나타내며, 하기(A)-(D)로 이루어진 조성물을 경화시킴으로써 얻어지는 균질성형 골프공 :
    (A) 40%이상의 시스-1,4-불포화를 함유하는 폴리부타디엔 탄성중합체 100 중량부
    (B) 폴리부타디엔 탄성중합체와의 가교결합제로서 작용하며, 필수적으로 (i) 불포화산의 다가 금속염과 활성수소-함유유기 충전제의 혼합물 및 (ii) 불포화 카르복실산을 활성수소-함유 유기충전제와 반응시킨후 상기 불포화 카르복실산의 존재하에서 다가 금속화합물과 더 반응시킴으로써 얻어진 반응생성물로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 조력제 약 10-50중량부,
    (C) 불활성 미립 충전제 약 10-30중량부
    (D) 중합 개시제 약 0.5-10 중량부
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 다가금속염이 아연, 마그네슘, 칼슘 및 알루미늄으로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 적어도 하나의 금속과 아크릴산, 메타크릴산 및 이타콘산으로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 적어도 하나의 불포화 카르복실산과의 염으로 되어 있으며, 상기 중합 개시제가 알킬 과산화물인 골프공.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 다가금속염이 디아크릴산아연인 골프공.
  4. 제1항 내지 제3항중 어느 하나에 있어서, 상기 유기충전제가 셀룰로오스인 골프공.
  5. 제1항 내지 제4항중 어느 하나에 있어서, 상기 조력제가 불포화산의 다가금속염과 활성수소-함유충전제의 혼합물로 구성된 것이며, 상기 다가 금속염은 유기 충전제의 중량을 기준으로 약 2:1내지 1:1의 양으로 존재하는 골프공.
  6. 제1항 내지 제4항중 어느 하나에 있어서, 상기 조력제가 불포화 카르복실산과 활성수소-함유 유기 충전제를 반응시킨후 상기 불포화 카르복실산의 존재하에 다가 금속화합물과 더 반응 시킴으로써 얻어진 반응 생성물로 구성된 것이며, 상기 조력제가 불포화카르복실산 존재하에 아연, 마그네슘, 칼슘 및 알루미늄으로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 다가 금속의 산화물 수산화물 및 탄화염으로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 화합물을 아크릴산, 메타크릴산 및 이타콘산으로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 적어도 하나의 불포화카르복실산과 미리 반응된 활성수소-함유유기충전제와 반응시킴으로써 얻어지는 골프공.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 그러한 유기충전제, 불포화 카르복실산 및 다가 금속화합물이 각각 중량비로 2:1:0.8내지 0.8:1:2의 양만큼 존재하는 골프공.
  8. 제6항 또는 제7항에 있어서, 상기 조력제가 산화아연을 아크릴산과 미리 반응된 셀룰로오스와 반응시킴으로써 얻어지는 골프공.
  9. 제1항 내지 제8항중 어느 하나에 있어서, 상기 경화조성물이 외부 덮개속에 넣어진 골프공의 중앙핵으로 이루어져 있는 2개형 골프공.
  10. 제9항에 있어서, 상기 덮개가 불포화 카르복실산과 에틸련으로 된 공중합체의 금속염 100부(덮개의 중량을 기준으로 함)와 무기충전제 약 0.5-10부(덮개의 중량을 기준으로 함)의 혼합물로 이루어져 있는 골프공.
  11. 40%이상의 시스-1,4 불포화를 함유하는 주된 양의 폴리부타디엔 탄성중합체, 폴리부타디엔 탄성중합체와의 가교결합제로서 적용할 수 있으며, 필수적으로 (i) 불포화산의 다가금속염과 활성수소-함유 유기충전제의 혼합물 및 (ii) 불포화 카르복실산을 활성수소-함유 유기 충전제와 반응시킨 후 상기 불포화카르복실산의 존재하에 다가 금속 화합물과 더 반응시킴으로써 얻어진 반응생성물로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 조력제 약 10-50부(조성물의 중량을 기준으로 함), 조성물의 중량을 기준으로 약 10-30부의 불활성 미립무기충전제 및 조성물의 중량을 기준으로 약 0.5-10부의 중합개시제로 되어 있는 혼합물로 구성된 경화성 조성물.
  12. 제11항에 있어서, 상기 조력제가 불포화산의 다가금속과 활성수소-함유 충전제의 혼합물로 구성된 것이고, 상기 다가금속염이 아연, 마그네슘, 칼슘 및 알루미늄으로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 적어도 하나의 금속과 아크릴산, 메타크릴산 및 이타콘산으로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 적어도 하나의 불포화 카르복실산과의 염으로 되어있는 조성물.
  13. 제12항에 있어서, 상기 다가 금속염이 디아크릴산아연이고 상기 유기 충전제가 셀룰로오스인 조성물.
  14. 제11항에 있어서, 상기 조력제가 불포화 카르복실산을 활성수소-함유 유기충전제와 반응시킨후 상기 불포화 카르복실산의 존재하에 다가 금속 화합물과 더 반응시킴으로써 얻어진 반응생성물로 이루어진 것이며, 상기 조력제가 불포화 카르복실산의 존재하에 아연, 마그네슘, 칼슘 및 알루미늄으로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 다가 금속의 산화물, 수산화물 및 탄산염으로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 화합물을 아크릴산, 메타크릴산 및 이타콘산으로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 적어도 하나의 불포화 카르복실산과 미리 반응된 활성수소-함유유기 충전제와 반응시킴으로써 얻어지는 조성물.
  15. 제14항에 있어서, 상기 불포화 카르복실산이 아크릴산이고, 상기 화합물이 산화아연이며, 상기 유기 충전제가 셀룰로오스인 조성물.
  16. 폴리부타디엔 탄성중합체, 가교결합될 수 있는 단량체, 미립 무기충전제 및 자유라디칼촉매의 혼합물을 경화시킴으로써 균질성형 골프공을 제조하는 방법에 있어서, 폴리부타디엔 탄성중합체와의 가교결합제로서 작용하며, 필수적으로 (i) 불포화 카르복실산의 다가금속염과 활성수소-함유 유기 충전제의 혼합물과 (ii) 불포화 카르복실산을 활성수소-함유 유기 충전제와 반응시킨 후 상기 불포화 카르복실산의 존재하에 다가 금속 화합물과 더 반응시킴으로써 얻어진 반응생성물로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 조력제 약 10-50중량부(상기 탄성중합체를 100부라 하였을 때)를 상기 가교 결합될 수 있는 단량체로서 사용함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  17. 제16항에 있어서, 불포화 카르복실산의 존재하에 아연, 마그네슘, 칼슘 및 알루미늄으로 이루어진 군에서 선택된다가 금속의 산화물, 수산화물 및 탄산염으로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 화합물을 아크릴산, 메타크릴산및 이타콘산으로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 적어도 하나의 불포화 카르복실산과 미리 반응된 활성수소 함유 유기 충전제와 반응시킴으로써 상기 조력제가 얻어지는 방법.
  18. 제17항에 있어서, 산화아연을 아크릴산과 미리 반응된 셀룰로오스와 반응시킴으로써 상기 조력제가 얻어지는 방법.
