Abstract
본 발명은 (a) 경화성 방향족 또는 지환족 에폭시 수지, (b) 적어도 하나가 에폭시화에 적합한 불포화를 내는 디엔 단량체인 적어도 2개의 중합가능한 에텐계 불포화 탄화수소 단량체를 포함하고, 중합체는 0.5 내지 7밀리당량의 에폭시/중합체 g을 함유하는 모노히드록실화 에폭시화 중합체, 및 (c) 경화제로 이루어진 강화된 지환족 에폭시 수지 조성물을 제공한다.

Claims (13)
- (a) 경화성 방향족 또는 지환족 에폭시 수지, (b) 적어도 하나가 에폭시화에 적합한 불포화도를 수득하는 디엔 단량체인 적어도 2개의 중합가능한 에텐계 불포화 탄화수소 단량체를 포함하고, 중합체는 0.5 내지 7밀리당량(meq)의 에폭시/중합체 g을 함유하는 모노히드록실화 에폭시화폴리디엔 중합체, 및 (c) 경화제를 포함하는, 강화된 에폭시 수지 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 모노히드록실화 에폭시화 폴리디엔 중합체가 하기의 화학식을 갖는 조성물.(HO)x-A-Sz-B(OH)y 또는 (HO)x-A-B-S-(OH)y상기 식에서, A 및 B는 공액 디올레핀 단량체의 동종중합체 블록, 공액 디올레핀 단랴체의 공중합체 블록, 또는 디올레핀 단량체와 모노알케닐 방향족 탄화수소 단량체의 공중합체 블록일 수 있는 중합체 블록이고, S는 비닐 방향족 탄화수소 블록이며, x 및 y는 0 또는 1이며 x또는 y는 반드시 1이어야 하지만, 한번에 하나만 1이 될수 있으며, z는 0 또는 1이다.
- 제2항에 있어서, A 블록이 100 내지 6000의 분자량을 갖고, B 블록이 1000 내지 15,000의 분자량을 갖는 조성물.
- 제2항 또는 3항에 있어서, A 블록내 공액 디올레핀이 이소프렌이고, B 블록내 공액 디엔이 부타디엔인 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 경화제가 프탈린산 무수물, 치환된 프탈린산 무수물, 히드로프탈린산 무수물, 치환된 히드로프탈린산 무수물, 석신산 무수물, 치환된 석신산 무수물, 할로겐화 무수물, 다중작용성 카복실산, 및 폴리카복실산으로 이루어진 그룹 중에서 선택되는 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 방향족 에폭시 수지가 알칼리 반응 조건하에 수행되는 에피클로로히드린과, 적어도 하나의 히드록시 그룹을 함유하는 방향족 화합물의 반응에 의해 제조된 글리시딜 에테르인 조성물.
- 제2항 내지 6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 에폭시화 중합체의 농도가 조성물의 1 내지 50중량% 범위인 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 중합체내 비닐 방향족 탄호수소의 양이 5중량% 이하이고, 에폭시 함량이 2 내지 7meq/중합체 g인 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 중합체내 비닐 방향족 탄화수소의 양이 5 내지 20중량%이고, 에폭시 함량이 1 내지 7meq/중합체 g인 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 중합체내 비닐 방향족 탄화수소의 양이 20 내지 60중량%이고, 에폭시 함량이 0.5 내지 7meq/중합체 g인 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 에폭시 수지가 지환족 에폭시 수지이고, 중합체가 1.5 내지 6.0meq의 에폭시/중합체 g을 함유하는 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 11항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 조성물을 포함하는 구조 접착제 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 11항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 조성물을 포함하는 코팅 조성물.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
