Abstract

본 발명은 폴리우레탄 코팅 및 적어도 하나는 에폭시화에 적절한 불포화를 생성하는 디엔 단량체인 적어도 2개의 중합성 에틸렌 불포화 단량체를 포함한 부분적으로 불포화된 모노히드록실 폴리디엔 중합체를 함유하는 접착제 조성물에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 바람직하게는 이러한 신규의 부분적으로 불포화된 모노히드록실화 폴리디엔 중합체의 에폭시화 유도체와 코팅 및 접착제 조성물내 불포화된 모노히드록 사이드화된 폴리디엔 중합체의 에폭시화 유도체를 포함한다. 본 발명의 바람직한 모노히드록실화 폴리디엔 중합체는 화학식 (1) (HO)X-A-SZ-B-(OH)Y이고 A 및 B는 공액 디올레핀 단량체의 동종중합체 블럭, 공액 디올레핀 단량체의 공중합체 블럭, 또는 디올레핀 단량체와 모노알케닐 방향족 탄화수소 단량체의 공중합체일 수 있는 중합체 블럭이다. A 블럭은 100 내지 6,000, 바람직하게는 100 내지 3,000, 가장 바람직하게는 500 내지 2,000의 분자량을 가지고 B블럭은 1,000 내지 15,000, 바람직하게는 3,000 내지 7,000, 가장 바람직하게는 2,000 내지 6,000의 분자량을 갖는다. S는 500 내지 10,000의 분자량을 갖는 비닐 방향적 탄화수소 블럭이다. x 및 y는 0 또는 1이고, x 또는 y는 1이어야 하지만, 한번에 하나만 1일 수 있다. z는 0 또는 1이고, 이러한 중합체는 바람직하게는 0.5 내지 0.7 milliequivalents(meq) 에폭시/g 중합체를 함유하게 에폭시화된다.

Claims (9)

  1. (a) 히드록실-함유 폴리올 수지, (b) 이소시아네이트 경화제, 및 (c) 적어도 하나가 에폭시화에 적절한 불포화를 생성하는 디엔 단량체인 적어도, 2개의 중합성 에텐 불포화 탄화수소 단량체로 이루어지고, 비닐 방향족 탄화수소 15 내지 60중량%를 함유한 모노히드록실화 폴리디엔 중합체를 포함하는 상 안정 배합물인 폴리우레탄 조성물.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 모노히드록실화 폴리디엔 중합체가 화학식(I) 또는 화학식(2)를 갖는 조성물.
    (HO)X-A-SZ-B-(OH)y(1)
    (HO)X-A-B-S-(OH)y(2)
    상기 식에서, A 및 B는 공액 디올레핀 단량체의 동종중합체 블럭, 공액 디올레핀 단량체의 공중합체 블럭, 또는 디올레핀 단량체의 모노알케닐 방향족 탄화수소 단량체의 공중합체 블럭일 수 있는 중합체 블럭이고, S는 비닐 방향족 탄화수소 블럭이며, x 및 y는 0 또는 1이며, x 또는 y는 1이어야 하지만, 한번에 하나만 1일 수 있고, z는 0 또는 1이다.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, A 블럭이 B 블럭보다 블럭 질량 단위당 더 큰 농도의 이- , 삼-, 또는 사-치환된 지방족 이중 결합을 갖는 조성물.
  4. 제2항에 있어서, A 블럭이 500 내지 4,000의 분자량을 갖는 조성물.
  5. 제2항에 있어서, B 블럭이 2,000 내지 10,000의 분자량을 갖는 조성물.
  6. 제2항에 있어서, S- 블럭이 100 내지 10,000의 분자량을 갖는 조성물.
  7. 제1항 내지 6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 모노히드록실화 폴리디엔 중합체가 0.5 내지 7.0 밀리당량(meq)에폭시/g 중합체를 함유하는 조성물.
  8. 제1항 내지 7항 중 어느 한 항의 조성물을 포함하는 경화된 코팅.
  9. 제1항 내지 7항 중 어느 한 항의 조성물을 포함하는 경화된 접착제.
