Abstract
중합체 필름 형성 수지, 및 분자당 약 2 내지 4개의 우레탄, 우레아, 또는 아미드 잔기를 함유하는 약 0.1중량% 내지 5중량%(수지 고형분 중량 기준)의 올리고머 물질, 및 하이드록실 및 3급 아민으로 구성되는 그룹에서 선택되는 둘 이상의 잔기를 포함하는 수운반되는 피복 조성물에 관한 것이다. 올리고머는 생성된 피막의 평활성을 개선시킨다.

Claims (11)
- 수성 매체중의 중합체 필름 형성 수지, 및 분자당 약 2 내지 약 4개의 우레탄, 우레아 또는 아미드 잔기를 함유하는 약 0.1% 내지 약 5%의 올리고머 물질, 및 하이드록실과 3급 아민으로 구성되는 그룹에서 선택되는 둘 이상의 잔기를 포함하는 수운반되는 피복 조성물.
- 제l항에 있어서, 추가로 가교결합제를 포함하는 수운반되는 피복 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 올리고머 물질이 하기 구조의 그룹을 갖는 수운반되는 피복 조성물 :상기 식에서, X는 3급 아민 또는 하이드록실 그룹이고, R은 2가 유기 라디칼이다.
- 제3항에 있어서, 올리고머 물질이 하기 구조를 가지는 수운반되는 피복 조성물;상기 식에서, X는 3급 아민 또는 하이드록실 그룹이고, R은 2가 유기 라디칼이고, n은 2,3 또는 4이고; R´은 유기 2가, 3가 또는 4가 라디칼이고, R˝는 수소 또는 탄소수 1 내지 4의 저급 알킬이다.
- 제3항에 있어서, R이 탄소수 약 2 내지 10의 알킬렌인 수운반되는 피복 조성물.
- 제3항에 있어서, R´가 지환족을 포함하는 지방족, 및 방향족 라디칼로부터 선택되는 수운반되는 피복 조성물.
- 제3항에 있어서, 추가로 가교결합제를 포함하는 수운반되는 피복 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 중합체 필름 형성 수지가 에틸렌계 불포와 단량체 또는 에틸렌계 불포화 단량체의 혼합물과 30중량%(에틸렌계 불포화 단량체(들) 및 소수성 중합체의 중량을 기준으로함)를 초과하는 실질적으로 소수성인 중합체와의 혼합물을 수성 매체중에 생성하고(상기 중합체는 중합체 골격에 반복되는 아크릴 또는 비닐 단위가 본질적으로 없고, 분자량은 약 300을 초과함); 혼합물을 고 응력 기법에 의해 미립자로 입자화하고, 이어서 에틸렌계 불포화 단량체(들)을 중합시켜 수성 매체에서 안정하게 분산되는 미립자를 형성함으로써 제조되는 중합체 미립자를 포함하는 라텍스인 수운반되는 피복 조성물.
- 제8항에 있어서, 소수성 중합체가 폴리에스테르 또는 폴리우레탄인 수운반되는 피복 조성물.
- 제8항에 있어서, 미립자가 가교결합된 수운반되는 피복 조성물.
