Abstract
본 발명은 하나 이상의 카르바메이트 작용기가 결합되어 있는 화합물을 포함하는 제1성분, 및 상기 카르바메이트기와 반응성이며 치환된 아크린아미드 화합물인 제2성분을 함유하는 피복 조성물에 관한 것으로서, 상기 조성물은 유색의 투명 복합 피복의 투명 피복 조성물로서 유용하다.

Claims (13)
- (a) 하나 이상의 카르바메이트 작용기가 결합된 화합물을 포함하는 제1성분, 및 (b) 상기 성분(a)의 카르바메이트기와 반응성인 화합물을 포함하며, 이 화합물은 하기 일반식을 갖는 작용성화된 아크릴아미드 화합물인 제2성분을 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 피복 조성물 :상기 식중에서, D는 C2-6의 탄소 쇄 길이를 가지며, 카르보닐기에 대해 α-β위치에 하나의 중합 가능한 2중 결합을 갖는 지방족 라디칼로서, 상기 2중 결합은 말단위치에 존재하고, E는 수소, C1-18의 알킬 라디칼, 및 작용기로 구성되는 군에서 선택된다.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 성분(a)가, 하나 이상의 카르바메이트 작용기가 결합되어 있으며 분자량이 148 내지 2,000인 소중합체, 하나 이상의 카르바메이트 작용기가 결합되어 있으며 분자량이 2,000 이상인 중합체,및 상기 소중합체와 중합체의혼합물로 구성되는 군에서 선택되는 화합물을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 피복 조성물.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 소중합체가 1차 카르바메이트인 것을 특징으로 하는 피복 조성물.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 중합체가 폴리에스테르, 에폭시, 알키드, 우레탄, 아크릴, 롤리아미드 및 폴리실란 중합체, 및 이들의 혼합물로 구성되는 군에서 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 피복 조성물.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 중합체가 하나 이상의 카르바메이트 작용기가 결합된 중합체 주쇄를 함유하며, 상기 제1성분은 하기 일반식의 무질서한 반복 단위체로 표시되는 것을 특징으로 하는 피복 조성물 :상기 식중에서, R은 H 또는 CH2이고, R'는 H, 알킬, 또는 시클로알킬이며, L은 2가의 결합기이고, A는 하나 또는 그 이상의 에틸렌성 불포화 단량체로부터 유도되는 반복 단위체이며, x는 10 내지 90중량%이고, y는 90 내지 10중량%이다.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 에틸렌성 불포화 단량체가 하나 또는 그 이상의 아크릴 단량체를 포함하며, 상기 아크릴 단량체는 카르바메이트기를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 피복 조성물.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 -L-이 L'가 2가의 결합기인 일반식 -COO-L'-로 표신되는 것을 특징으로 하는 피복 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 성분(b)중의 D기가또는인 것을 특징으로 하는 피복 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 성분(b)중의 E기가 C1-18의 알킬 라디칼로 구성되는 군에서 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 피복 조성물.
- 제2항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 성분(a)가 하나 이상의 카르바메이트 작용기가 결합되어 있으며 분자량이 148 내지 2,OO0인 소중합체를 포함하며, 상기 성분(b)가 C1-18의 알킬 라디칼을 E기로서 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 피복 조성물.
- 제2항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 성분(a)가 하나 이상의 카르바메이트 작용기가 결합되어 있으며 분자량이 2,000 내지 20,000인 중합체를 포함하며, 상기 성분(b)가 C1-18의 알킬 라디칼온 E기로서 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 피복 조성물.
- 유색 피복 조성물을 기재에 도포하는 단계, 및 상기 유색 피복 조성물에 투명 피복 조성물을 도포하는 단계를 포함하여 유색의 투명 복합 피복을 갖는 제품을 제조하는 방법에 있어서, 상기 투명 피복 조성물은 제1항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 의한 경화 가능한 피복 조성물인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 의한 조성물로 제조된 유색의 투명 복합 피복을 갖는 기재를 포함하는 제품.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
