Claims (12)
- (a)다음구조식을 가지는 실리콘-말단의 폴리우레탄 중합체 :(상기식에서 R은 C1-C2의 저급 알킬이고, R1은 2가지 탄화수소기, 2가의 탄화수소 에테르기, 및 2가의 탄화수소 아미노기로 이루어지는 군으로 부터 선택되는 2가의 다리걸친 기이고, A는 -S-와, R2가 수소 또는 C1-C6의 알킬인 -NR2-로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택됨)(b)폴리우레탄 100중량부당, 다음구조식을 가지는 0.2내지 1.0중량부의 아미노실란 :(상기식에서 X는 1내지 3의 정수이고, R3와 R4는 같거나 다를 수 있으며 C1-C4의 알킬로 부터 선택되고, R5는 C1-C4의 알킬이거나 또는 C1-C4의 알콕시이고, R6는 수소이거나 또는 R7이 수소이거나 또는 -(CH2)2NH2로서 y와 z는 같거나 또는 다를 수 있는 1내지 3의 정수임(c)폴리우레탄 100중량부당, 다음구조식을 가지는 0.2내지 1.0중량부의 촉진제 :(상기식에서 B는 직접결합이거나 또는 -SO2-이고, R8은 C3-C20의 히드로카르빌그룹이고, R9은 m이 0이거나 또는 1내지 4인 정수인 -(R10-NH)m -R10-NH2이고, R10은 C2-C1 0의 2가의 히도로카르빌기, C6-C10의 2가의 히드로카르바릴기, 및 C3-C10의 2가의 시클로히드로카르빌기로 부터 선택됨)로 이루어지는 한-성분의, 습기-경화성 시일런트 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 폴리우레탄 중합체가, 분자당 두개이상의 히드록실그룹을 함유하며 약 1000내지 약3000의 수평균 분자량을 가지는 폴리에테르 폴리올과 분자당 두개이상의 이소시아네이트그룹을 가지는 이소시아네이트와의 반응 생성물임을 특징으로 하는 한-성분의 습기-경화성 시일런트 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 폴리우레탄 중합체가 약 10,000 내지 약 30,000의 수평균분자량을 가짐을 특징으로 하는, 한성분의, 습기-경화성 시일런트 조성물.
- 제3항에 있어서, A가 -NR2- 이고 R2가 상기정의한 바와 같음을 특징으로 하는, 한-성분의, 습기-경화성 시일런트 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 조성물이 100중량부의 폴리우레탄 중합체당 0.4내지 0.8중량부의 아미노실란을 포함함을 특징으로 하는, 한-성분의, 습기-경화성 시일런트 조성물.
- 제5항에 있어서, 아미노실란이 N-(베타-아미노에틸)-감마-아미노프로필트리메톡시실란임을 특징으로 하는, 한-성분의, 습기-경화성 시일런트 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 조성물이 폴리우레탄 중합체 100중량부당 0.2내지 0.8중량부의 촉진제를 포함함을 특징으로 하는, 한-성분의, 습기-경화성 시일런트 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 촉진제가 (A)(4-아미노벤젠)술파네이토-0,비스(도데실벤젠) 술파네이토-0,2-프로판올레이토티타늄(IV) : (b)2-프로판올레이토, 트리스-(3,6-디아자) 헥산올레이토 티타늄(IV) : (C) 2,2-비스-(2-프로펜올레이토메틸)부탄올레이토, 트리스-(2-에틸렌디아미노)에틸레이토 티타늄(IV) : 및 (d) 2,2-비스-(2-프로펜올레이토메틸)부탄올레이토, 트리스-(3-아미노)페닐레이토 티타늄(IV)로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택됨을 특징으로 하는, 한-성분의, 습기-경화성 시일런트 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 촉진제가(4-아미노벤젠)술파네이토-0,비스-(도데실벤젠)술파네이토-0,2-프로판올레이토 티타늄(IV)임을 특징으로 하는, 한-성분의, 습기-경화성 시일런트 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서 촉진제가 2-프로판올레이토, 트리스-(3,6-디아자)헥산올레이토 티타늄(IV)임을 특징으로 하는, 한-성분의, 습기-경화성 시일런트 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 촉진제가 2,2-비스-(2-프로펜올레이토메틸)-부탄올레이토, 트리스-(2-에틸렌디아미노)에틸레이토 티타튬(IV)임을 특징으로 하는, 한-성분의, 습기-경화성 시일런트 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 촉진제가 2,2-비스-(2-프로펜올레이토메틸)-부탄올레이토, 트리스-(3-아미노)페닐레이토 티타늄(IV)임을 특징으로 하는 한-성분의, 습기-경화성 시일런트 조성물.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
