Claims (14)

  1. 뼈 골절의 외부고정 및 복원용 장치에 있어서, 상기 골정의 대향측부상의 피부, 살 및 뼈를 관통하기에 적합한 적어도 두개의 핀과 예정된 비틀림, 절곡 및 축방향 보강 특성을 가진 적어도 하나의 제 1 강체 바아와: 제 2가지에 접속된 제 1 가지를 가진 동체부와 적어도 하나의 오목부를 가지고 상기 동체부의 평면에 수직으로 연장되면서 상기 제 1 가지의 종단부에 설치된 아암 및 상기 연장된 아암을 덮고 있는 포획 바아를 포함하면소, 상기 동체부의 가지가 상기 강체 바아를 조정하는 분절볼을 둘러싸고 있으며 또한 상기 포획 바아는 상기 연장된 아암내의 상기 오목부에 병렬로 평행하여 상기 오목부가 핀을 지지하고 있는 각각의 분절볼을 조절하도록 결합되어 있는 적어도 하나의 오목부를 가지고 제공되어 있으며, 이것의 연합된 클램프와 상기 핀과의 부착 및 각각의 클램프와 상기 바아와의 부착은 상기 핀 혹은 바아 각각의 전체 회전조절을 허용하는 분절볼을 통하여 이루어지고, 상기 클램프가 상기 바아를 따라 이송가능한 방식으로 적어도 하나의 핀을 상기 바아에 각각 접속시키는 적어도 2개의 핀-바아 클램프 및 : 각각의 핀을 각각의 클램프에 또한 각각의 클램프를 상기 강체 바아에 고정시키기 위한 잠금 수단으로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 외부 뼈 고정장치.
  2. 제 1항에 있어서, 각각의 클템프의 상기 동체부는 대체로 C형이고, 상기 포획 바아는 상기 C형태의 갈고리부를 향하여 연장되어 있는 한단부를 가진 이것의 가지들 사이에 설치되어 있으며, 상기 단부 및 상기 가지들은 상기 강체 바아를 조절하는 분절볼을 둘러싸도록 결합되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 외부 뼈 고정장치.
  3. 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 잠금 수단은 각각의 핀을 각각의 클램프에 고정시키기 위한 제 1잠금 수단 및 각 클램프를 강체 바아에 고정시키기 위한 독립적인 제 2잠금 수단으로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 외부 뼈 고정장치.
  4. 제 3항에 있어서, 상기 포획 바아는 한측부상에 적어도 하나의 치형성된 제 1소케트 및 대향측 부상에 치형성된 제 2소케트를 가지고 제공되며, 상기 제 1잠금 수단은 상기 연장되는 아암을 관통하여 상기 치형성된 제 1소케트와 계합되는 적어도 하나의 나사이며, 상기 제 2잠금수단은 상기 동체부의 제 2가지를 관통하여 상기 치형성된 제 2소케트와 계합된 나사인 것을 특징으로 하는 외부 뼈 고정장치.
  5. 제 1항에 있어서, 각 쌍들은 단일 클램프에 부착되어 두 쌍으로 배열된 4개의 핀을 포함하여, 각각의 클램프의 상기 연장되는 아암은 상기 동체부의 제 1가지 양측부상으로 연장되는 것을 특징으로 하는 외부 뼈 고정장치.
  6. 제 1항에 있어서, 테이퍼 록을 통하여 서로 조정 가능하게 접속된 두개의 분리 가능한 부분을 포함하는 바아-바아 클램프를 통하여 상기 제 1강체 바아를 작동가능하게 부착된 적어도 하나의 제 2강체 바아를 또한 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 외부 뼈 고정장치.
  7. 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 제 1강체 바아 및 클램프는 X레이 반투명 물질로 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 외부 뼈 고정장치.
  8. 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 제 1강체 바아는 일련의 다른 부재의 특성과는 상이한 비틀림, 굴절 및 축방향 보강특성을 가진 물질로 제조되는 일련의 바아이며, 상기 바아들은 상기 장치가 가해진 골절의 치료가 진행될 때 보강을 감소시키는 외부 고정을 제공하도록 상기 장치내에서 내부 교체되기에 적합한 것을 특징으로 하는 외부 뼈 고정장치.
  9. 뼈 골절의 외부 고정시키고 복원력을 증진시키기 위한 장치에 있어서, 상기 골절 부위의 대향측부상의 피부, 살 및 뼈를 관통하기에 적합한 적어도 두개의 핀과 : 예정된 비틀림, 절곡 및 축방향 보강특성을 가진 적어도 하나의 제 1강체 바아와 : 상기 적어도 하나의 제 1강체 바아에 유사한 특성을 가진 적어도 하나의 제 2강체 바아와 : 이것의 연합된 핀-바아클램프에 대한 각각의 핀이 부착 및 핀-바아 클램프에 대한 바아의 부착은 각각의 핀 혹은 바아의 전체 회전 조정을 허용하는 분절볼을 통하여 이루어지고, 각각의 핀-바아 클램프는 클램프가 상기 바아 혹은 바아들을 따라 이송 가능한 방식으로 상기 강체 바아중의 하나에 적어도 하나의 핀을 접속시키고 있는 , 적어도 2개의 핀-바아 클램프 및 적어도 하나의 바아- 바아 클램프와: 상기 각각의 핀-바아 클램프는 적어도 하나의 오목부를 가지고 동체부의 평면에 수직으로 연장되어, 상기 제 1가지의 종단부에 설치된 아암을 가지고, 제 2가지에 접속된 제 1가지를 가진 동체부를 포함하고 있으며, 상기 연장된 아암내에서 상기 오목부와 병렬로 평행한 적어도 하나의 오목부가 제공되어 핀을 지지하는 분절볼을 조절하도록 결합되어 있으며, 상기 연장된 아암을 둘러싸면서 상기 동체부의 가지가 강체 바아를 조절하는 분절볼을 둘러싸고 있는 포획 바아와: 각각의 핀을 핀-바아 클램프에 또한 핀-바아 클램프를 강체 바아에 고정시키는 잠금 수단을 포함하고 있는데, 상기 각각의 바아-바아 클램프는 테이퍼록을 통하여 서로 조정 가능하게 접속된 두개의 분리된 부분을 포함하고 있는 외부 뼈 고정장치.
  10. 제 9항에 있어서, 상기 테이퍼 록은 부재의 종단부에 설치되고 대향 레그에 의하여 형성된 개구내의 제 1강체 바아를 조절하기에 적합하여 또한 상기 레그중의 하나의 외면에 부착된 숫형 테이퍼부를 갖고 있는 U형의 제 1부재와, 상기 제 1부재와 유사한 방식으로 제 2강체 바아를 조절하기에 적합하며 또한 이것의 레그중의 하나의 외면에 부착된 암형 테이퍼부를 갖고 있는 U형의 제 2부와, 서로 작동 계합되어 상기 부분 및 바아를 고정시키기 위한 잠금 수단을 포함하는데, 상기 암, 숫형 테이퍼부는 서로 결합 작동되기에 적합하게 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 외부 뼈 고정장치.
  11. 제 9항에 있어서, 상기 장치가, 제1, 제2강체 바아의 배열이 상기 골절된 뼈에 대한 향상된 복원력을 제공하는 골조를 형성하는 방식으로 바아-바아 클램프를 통하여 적어도 하나의 제 2강체 바아에 접속되고, 핀의 서로 다른 쌍의 평면에 각도를 가진 각각의 핀 쌍을 가지며, 상기 골절부위의 대향측부상에 고정되기에 적합한 적어도 2개의 핀에 상기 핀-바아클램프를 통하여 각각 부착된 적어도 2개의 제 1 강체 바아를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 외부 뼈 고정장치.
  12. 제 9항에 있어서, 상기 각각의 강체 바아 및 클램프는 X레이 반투명 재료로 제조된 것을 특징으로 하는 외부 뼈 고정장치.
  13. 제 9항에 있어서, 상기 제 1 강체 바아는 다른 부재의 특성과는 상이한 비틀림, 절곡 및 축방향 보강 특성을 가진 재료로 제조되는 일련의 바아들중의 하나이며, 상기 바아는 상기 장치가 가해진 골절의 치료가 진행될때 보강을 감소시키는 외부 고정을 제공하도록 상기 장치내에서 내부 교체되기에적합한 것을 특징으로 하는 외부고정장치.
  14. 뼈 골절의 외부고정 및 복원용 조절장치에 있어서, 피부, 살 및 뼈를 통과하기에 적합한 적어도 2개의 핀과, 예정된 비틀림, 절곡 및 축방향 보강 특성을 가진 적어도 하나의 강체 바아를 포함하는데, 상기 핀을 적당한 클램프를 통하여 적어도 하나의 강체 바아에 결합되어, 적어도 하나의 상기 핀이 테이퍼록을 통하여 서로 조정 가능하게 접속된 2개의 분리부를 포함하는 클램프를 통하여 강체 바아에 결합된 것을 특징으로 하는 뼈 골절의 외부교정 및 복원용 조절장치.
