Claims (10)

  1. 라멜라 구조를 하고 엉킴도가 낮으며 수평균 분자량이 4×105정도로 높은 고체 입자모양의 선형 폴리에틸렌을 토대로 인징강도와 모둘러스가 뛰어난 폴리 에틸렌 물건을 제조하는 방법에 있어서, 폴리에틸렌을 조사시키고 조사된 폴리에틸렌을 이것의 녹는점 이상에서 물건으로 변형하고 이 물건을 녹는점 이하에서 여러 단계로 신축시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 인장강도와 모듈러스가 뛰어난 폴리에틸렌 물건의 제조방법.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서, 폴리에틸렌이 전자 조사되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  3. 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 사용된 조사량이 1-20 MRAD인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  4. 제 1 항에서 제 3항중 어느 하나에 있어서, 사용된 조사량이 2-6 MRAD인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  5. 제 1 항에서 제4항중 어느 하나에 있어서, 조사된 폴리에틸렌이 135∼150℃에서 물건으로 변형되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  6. 제 1 항에서 4항중 어느 하나에 있어서, 입자모양의 폴리에틸렌에 폴리에틸렌으로 계산하여 최고 100중량%인 하나 또는 그 이상의 가소제가 첨가되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  7. 제 6 항에 있어서, 사용된 가소제가 파라핀, 하이드로 방향족 또는 방향족 탄화수소인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  8. 제 6항 또는 제 7항에 있어서, 조사된 폴리에틸렌과 가소제의 혼합물이 폴리에틸렌의 분해 온도 이하에서와 혼합물의 녹는점 이상에서 변형되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  9. 제 1 항에서 8항중 어느 하나에 있어서, 첫째 신축단계에서는 90℃ 이상에서와 마지막 신축단계에서는 155℃ 이하에서 신축이 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  10. 제1항에서 9항중 어느 하나에 있어서, 조사된 폴리에틴렌이 필라멘트, 테이프, 필름, 튜브, 바 또는 프로파일로 변형되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
