COMPRENDE: A) MEZCLAR Y AMASAR UNA SUSPENSION DE UN POLIMERO DE ALTO PESO MOLECULAR, AL 1-50% EN PESO, FINAMENTE DIVIDIDO, EN UN DISOLVENTE O MEZCLA DE DISOLVENTES LIQUIDOS A TEMPERATURA AMBIENTE, EN UN EXTRUSOR DE TORNILLO EQUIPADO CON SECCIONES ALTERNANTES DE MEZCLA Y TRANSPORTE, A UNA TEMPERATURA SUPERIOR AL PUNTO DE DISOLUCION DEL POLIMERO EN EL DISOLVENTE A LA PRESION OPERANTE; B) HACER SALIR LA SOLUCION HOMOGENEA ASI FORMADA DEL EXTRUSOR A TRAVES DE UN ORIFICIO DE HILADO CUYA CONFIGURACION DEPENDERA DE QUE QUERAMOS OBTENER UN FILAMENTO, CINTA, PELICULA O TUBO; Y C) ENFRIAR EL PRODUCTO EXTRUIDO ASI OBTENIDO A UNA TEMPERATURA INFERIOR AL PUNTO DE GELIFICACION.
