Claims (10)

  1. 폴리비닐 알콜로부터 인장강도와 모듈러스가 뛰어난 물건을 제조하는 방법에 있어서,
    a. 중량평균분자량이 2.5×104-5×105인 폴리비닐알콜 5-50중량 %용액을 물에서 용해온도 이상에서 모양을 갖추고 물을 포함한 물건으로 바꾸고,
    b. 이 물건을 냉동 온도이하에서 급속냉각시킴으로써 균질의 겔구조를 갖는 겔물건으로 바꾸고,
    c. 이 겔물건에 존재하는 물을 겔의 녹는점 이하의 온도에서 대부분 제거하고,
    d. 물을 제거하는 도중 또는 한 후 겔물건을 신축비를 최소한 10 : 1로 하여 폴리비닐알콜의 유리전이 온도 이상에서, 그러나 분해온도 이하에서 신축시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리비닐 알콜물건의 제조방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 중량평균 분자량이 5×104-3×105인 폴리비닐알콜을 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 20-40중량%용액을 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  4. 제1항에서 제3항중 어느 하나에 있어서, 모양을 갖추고 물을 포함한 물건을 냉각하기 전에 드로오다운시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  5. 제1항에서 제4항중 어느 하나에 있어서, 물을 포함한 물건이 겔화온도 이하인 최소 40℃에서 냉각되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  6. 제1항에서 제5항중 어느 하나에 있어서, 물을 포함한 물건 액체매질에서 소광되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  7. 제1항에서 제6항중 어느 하나에 있어서, 겔물건을 포화지방족 알콜 또는 케톤을 이용하여 추출하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  8. 제1항에서 제7항 중 어느 하나에 있어서, 겔물건을 160-240℃에서 신축비를 20 : 1 로 하여 신축시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  9. 명세서 및 실시예에 기술된 것을 특징으로 하여 인장강도와 모듈러스가 뛰어난 폴리비닐알콜 물건의 제조방법.
  10. 제1항에서 제9항중 어느 하나에 따른 방법으로 제조된 것을 특징으로 하는 인장강도와 모듈러스가 뛰어난 폴리비닐알콜물건.
