Claims (15)

  1. 밀도가 910-940kg/m3인 폴리 에틸렌으로된 중합체 조성물을 환상틀내의 오우퍼닝을 통하여 공급한 가스에 의해 용해상태로 폭이 최소 1mm인 환상틀을 통하여 압출기로 보내 풍선 모양으로 하고 이어서 이것을 냉각하고 평평하게 하여 둥글게 말아필름을 제조하는데 있어서, 틀 사이의 용해 온도가 160℃이하에서 중합체 조성물을 가공하는 것을 특징으로 하는 기계적 성질이 우수한 필름의 제조방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 틀 사이의 용해 온도가 150℃이하에서 중합체 조성물을 가공하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 틀 사이의 용해 온도가 140℃이하에서 중합체 조성물을 가공하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  4. 제1항에서 3항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 용해 지수가 2-25dg/min사이인 중합체 조성물을 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 용해지수가 5-20dg/min인 중합체 조성물을 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 용해지수가 8-17dg/min인 중합체 조성물을 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  7. 제1항에서 6항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 틀 사이가 최하 2mm에서 최고 5mm인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 틀 사이가 최소 3mm인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  9. 제1항에서 8항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 단층의 필름을 제조하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  10. 제1항에서 9항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 폴리에틸렌 단일 중합체를 토대로 한 중합체 조성물을 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  11. 제1항에서 10항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 에틸렌에 대하여 10중량%의 공중합용 단량체로 된 에틸렌과 하나 또는 그 이상의 극성 공중합용 단량체로된 공중합체를 토대로 한 중합체 조성물을 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  12. 제10항에 있어서, 폴리에틸렌 단일중합체를 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  13. 제11항에 있어서, 에틸렌 비닐 아세테이트 공중합체를 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  14. 명세서와 실시예에 기술된 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  15. 제1항에서 14항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 이 방법에 따라 제조된 것을 특징으로 하는 필름.
