Claims (3)
- 다른 공액된 디올레핀과 중합시켜, 고함량의 1,4-시스유닛을 가지는 부타디엔의 중합체나 공중합체의 제조방법으로서, 다음으로 구성되는 촉매제를 사용하며, a) 21-103 범위의 원자번호를 가지는, 주기율표 IIIB족의 금속의 최소한 하나의 화합물로 구성되며; b) 제2 및 제3할로겐화알킬, 할로겐화아릴 또는 할로겐화 알킬아릴, 유기산의 할로겐화합물, 금속 또는 유기금속의 할로겐화합물, 할로겐화수소 및 수소에서 선택되는 최소한 하나의 할로겐화합물로 구성되며; c) 다음 일반식의 할로겐화 물이온을 포함하지 않는 최소한 하나의 유기금속 화합물로 구성되며, RaRbAlRc여기서, Ra및 Rb는 서로 같거나 상이하며 포화된 탄화수소라디칼이고, Rc는 수소이거나 Ra및 Rb와 같거나 상이한 탄화수소 라디칼이며; d) 히드록시나 카르복시 그룹을 포함하는 최소한 하나의 유기금속 화합물로 구성되며, 중합반응에 C 성분의 분취량을 시간맞춰 분활식으로 첨가하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조 방법.
- 전항에 있어서, 알루미늄 주기율표 IIIB족의 금속의 그람원자 비율이 10/1-30/1의 범위로 포함되도록 초기조작 하며 반응을 실시하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 중합반응중에 c) 성분을 연속적인 첨가방법으로서 알루미늄/주기율표 IIIB족의 금속의 그람, 원자 비율이 20/1에서 80/1의 범위에 드는 최종값으로 증가되는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
