Claims (5)
1) (a)미반응 단량체와 (b)알루미늄 알킬촉매 잔류물을 포함한 촉매 잔류물을 함유하는 무정형 폴리알파올레핀으로 구성된 반응기 유출액을 중합 영역으로부터 인출해내고, 2) 반응기 유출액을 가열하고 3) 유출액으로부터 용융 무정형 폴리알파올레핀을 분리하고 4) 즉시 단계(3)의 용융 무정형 폴리알파올레핀을, 상기 폴리알파올레핀 내에 조재하는 알루미늄 몰당 대략 3몰 이상의 물과 접축시키고 5) 단계(4)의 생성물을 힌더드 페놀산화방지제로 안정화시키는 것으로 구성되는, 안정한 비부식성 무정형 폴리알파올레핀을 제조하는 방법.
제1항에 있어서, 물/알루미늄의 몰 비율이 대략 5:1과 대략 15:1사이에서 유지되는 방법.
제1항에 있어서, 단계(4)의 접촉 시간이 0.5분 이상인 방법.
제3항에 있어서, 접촉 시간이 0.1분 이상인 방법.
제1항에 있어서, 무정형 폴리알파올레핀이 무정형 프로필렌 단독중합체, 프로필렌과 에틸렌의 무정형 공중합체와 프로필렌, 에틸렌 및 분자당 4내지 8개의 탄소원자를 갖는 다른 알파-올레핀의 인터코폴리머로 구성된 군에서 선택되는 프로필렌-기재 중합체인 방법.
