Claims (3)

  1. (a) 대략 54℃(130°F)와 대략 79℃(175℉) 사이의 온도와 대략 400psig와 대략 550psig 사이의 압력으로 유지되는 괴상 중합 영역에서 무정형 폴리알파올레핀 및 액제 미반응 단량체로 구성된 반응기 유출액을 밸브를 통해 인출해내고, (b) 상기 밸브를 통해 인출해 내는 즉시 상기 유출액을 아래의(f) 단계에서 얻는, 177℃(350°F) 내지 219℃(425℉) 범위의 온도를 갖도록 가열된 탈증기화 무정형 폴리알파올레핀과 직접 접촉시키고, (c)(b)단계에서 생성된 혼합물을 대략 40 내지 80psig의 압력과 대략 149℃(300℉) 내지 191℃(375℉) 사이의 온도로 유지되는 플래시 영역으로 통과시키고 (d) 미반응 단량체의 증기 스트림을 상기 플래시 영역에서 인출해내고 (e) 탈증기화 무정형 폴리알파올레핀을 상기 플래시 영역에서 인출해내고 (f)(e)단계에서 나온 상기 탈증기화 폴리알파올레핀 일부를 간접 열 교환 방식으로 가열하고, 가열된 부분을 위의 (a)단계로 통과시키는 것으로 구성되는, 유체형태의 폴리알파올레핀을 생산하는 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, (b)단계 가열된 탈증기화 중합체 대 (a)단계에서 인출된 무정형 폴리알파올레핀의 중량비율이 대략 10 : 1 내지 대략 15 : 1 사이의 범위인 방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 무정형 폴리알파올레핀이 무정형 프로필렌 단독 중합체, 프로필렌과 에틸렌의 무정형 코폴리머 및 프로필렌과 에틸렌과 분자당 4 내지 8개의 탄소원자를 갖는 기타 알파-올레핀으로 된 무정형 인터폴리머로 구성된 군에서 선택되는 프로필렌-기재 중합체인 방법.
