Abstract
팁 속도가 500 내지 1200rpm인 교반 수단을 가지는 용기에서 연속 중합에 의해 양호한 크레이터 방지성을 가지는 아크릴 중합체를 제조하는 공정. 단량체 및/또는 개시제를 투여하기 위한 공급 밸브는 교반 본체의 표면 아래에 위치시킨다.

제1도는 본 발명의 중합 공정을 도시하는 개략도이다.
Claims (9)
- (a) (i) 하나 이상의 아크릴 단량체; (ii) 상기 아크릴 단량체에 대한 개시제의 몰비가 약 0.01 내지 0.09가 되도륵 하는 양의 중합 개시제; (iii) 아크릴 단량체의 중량을 기준으로 약 0 내지 60%인 반응 용매를, 팁 속도가 500rpm 이상인 교반 수단을 가지는 제1반응 용기의 제1연속 혼합 반응기 영역내에 투입하고, (b) (i) 상기 반응기 영역에서 상기 투입된 아크릴 단량체의 체류시간을 약 15분 이상 제공하고; (ii) 상기 반응기 영역에서 반응 혼합물의 예정된 농도를 유지하고; (iii) 가공되기 쉬운 균일 농축된 중합체 생성물로의 전환을 가속시키기에 층분한 상승된 온도에서 용융 수지 혼합물을 유지하기에 충분하도륵 상기 제1반응기 영역을 통해 유동 속도를 유지시키고, (c) 상기 반응 혼합물을 팁 속도가 500rpm 이상인 교반 수단을 가지는 제2반응 용기의 제2연속 혼합 반응기 영역내로, 상기 제1반응 용기로부터 상기 제2반응 용기로 이르는 연결 수단을 통해 이동시키는 단계를 포함하는, 양호한 크레이터 방지성을 가지는 아크릴 중합체를 제조하기 위한 중합 공정.
- 제l항에 있어서, 상기 제1반응 용기의 직경에 대한 상기 제1반응 용기의 교반 수단의 직경의 비가 0.15 내지 0.95인 공정.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제2반응 용기의 직격에 대한 상기 제2반응 용기의 교반 수단의 직경의 비가 0.15 내지 0.95인 공정.
- 제1항에 있어서, 온도가 80 내지 180℃의 범위인 공정.
- 제1항에 있어서, 체류 시간이 약 15 내지 120분인 공정.
- 제1항에 있어서, 중합체로 반응 생성물을 형성할 수 있는 용매가 아크릴 단량체의 혼합물에 사용되는 공정.
- 제1항에 있어서, 단량체 공급물이 반응성인 본체의 표면 아래로 반응 용기내에 도입되는 공정.
- 제1항에 있어서, 개시제 공급물이 반응성인 본체의 표면 아래로 반응 용기내에 도입되는 공정.
- 제5항에 있어서, 개시제 공급물이 반응성인 본체의 표면 아래로 반응 용기내에 도입되는 공정.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
