Claims (3)

  1. 중량비로 C 0.08-0.26%, Mn 0.8-1.9%, Si 0.5%이하, 잔부의 Fe 및 불가피적 불순물로 구성되는 강을 열간압연후, 열처리를 한 후 250℃이하에서 권취하고, 그후 전봉강관으로 성형, 용접하고, 그 용접열 영향부를 900℃이상으로 재가열한 후 열처리하고, 그 후 관전체를 소둔하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고강도 유정관용 전봉강관의제조방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 중량비로 Nb 0.05%이하, V 0.05%이하, Ti 0.03이하, B 0.0020%이하의 그룹에서 선택된 1종류또는 2종류 이상을 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고강도 유정관용 전봉강관의 제조방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 전봉용접부를 유도가열에 의하여 900℃이상으로 재가열하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고강도 유정관용 전봉강관의 제조방법.
