Claims (6)
- 베이스가 반대편 콜렉터에 교차로 접속되어 있는 한쌍의 발진기 트랜지스터와 발진기 트랜지스터의 에미터간에 배열된 캐패시턴스가 제공되며, 상기 각각의 에미터는 에미터 전류원을 통하여 기준전압에 접속되는 동조 발진회로에 있어서, 공통 베이스 구성인 한쌍의 버퍼 트랜지스터를 구비하며, 상기 버퍼 트랜지스터의 두 콜렉터는 한쌍의 콜렉터 저항을 통해 접속되어 동조 발진회로의 출력을 구성하고 상기 한쌍의 버퍼 트랜지스터는 한쌍의 발진기 트랜지스터와 종속 접속 구성으로 배열되어 있으며, 버퍼 트랜지스터의 에미터 전류는 발진기 트랜지스터의 베이스와 콜렉터 전류의 합과 동일한 것을 특징으로 하는 동조 발진회로.
- 제1항에 있어서, 발전기 트랜지스터의 에미터 표면은 버퍼 트랜지스터 보다 최소한 1.25배 큰 것을 특징으로 하는 동조 발진회로.
- 제1항에 있어서, 한쌍의 버퍼 트랜지스터의 두 에미터는 한쌍의 저항을 통해 한쌍의 발진기 트랜지스터의 두 콜렉터에 결합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 동조 발진회로.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 공통 베이스 구성인 또다른 한쌍의 버퍼 트랜지스터를 구비하며, 상기 또다른 한쌍의 버퍼 트랜지스터는 제1언급된 한쌍의 버퍼 트랜지스터의 콜렉터에 결합된 두 콜렉터와 두에미터를 갖는 한쌍의 발진기 트랜지스터와 종속 접속 구성으로 배열되며, 상기 두 콜렉터에 한쌍의 콜렉터 저항을 통해 공급전압에 접속되며 상기 두 에미터는 한쌍의 저항을 통해 한쌍의 발진기 트랜지스터의 두 콜렉터에 접속되며, 스윗칭 전압은 두 쌍의 버퍼 트랜지스터 각각의 베이스에 제공되어 한쌍의 버퍼 트랜지스터에서 다른 쌍의 버퍼 트랜지스터로 동작이 전환되도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 동조 발진회로.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 또 다른 한쌍의 베이스-콜렉터 교차 결합된 발진기 트랜지스터와 종속 접속 구성으로 배열된 공통 베이스 구성인 또다른 한쌍의 버퍼 트랜지스터를 구비하며, 제1언급된 한쌍의 버퍼 트랜지스터의 콜렉터에 결합된 상기 또다른 한쌍의 버퍼 트랜지스터의 콜렉터는 상기 한쌍의 콜렉터 저항을 통해 공급전압에 접속되며, 상기 또다른 한쌍의 발진기 트랜지스터의 에미터는 상기 캐패시턴스가 배열된 사이에 제1언급된 발진기 트랜지스터의 에미터에 결합되며, 스윗칭 전압은 상기 두쌍의 버퍼 트랜지스터의 각각의 베이스에 제공되어 한쌍의 버퍼 트랜지스터에서 다른 쌍의 버퍼 트랜지스터로 동작이 전환되도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 동조 발진회로.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1언급된 한쌍의 발진기 트랜지스터의 베이스 및 콜렉터 각각에 결합된 베이스 및 콜렉터와 제어가능한 전류원에 접속된 상호 접속된 에미터를 갖는 한쌍의 제어 트랜지스터를 구비하며, 발진기 트랜지스터의 에미터 전류원은 제어가능한 전류원의 방향과는 반대방향으로 조정 가능하여 에미터 전류원과 제어가능한 전류원의 합은 동조동작 범위내에서는 최소한 실제로 일정한 것을 특징으로하는 동조 발진회로.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
