Claims (5)

  1. 캐패시터, 충전회로, 방전회로, 제1위치에서 충전회로에 의해 캐패시터를 충전하고 제2위치에서 방전회로에 의해 캐패시터를 방전하기 위한 스위칭 수단, 그리고 캐패시터 전압이 제1값에 도달한 후 제1위치에서 제2위치로 스위칭 수단을 셋팅하기 위한 제1귀환신호를 제공하며 캐패시터 전압이 제2값에 도달한후 제2위치에서 제1위치로 스위칭 수단을 셋팅하기 위한 제2귀환신호를 제공하는 귀환회로를 구비하는 완화 발진기에 있어서, 귀환회르는 캐패시터 양단에서 상호 반대 방향으로 게이트 전극과 제1주전극 사이의 각 통로와 연결된 제1 및 제2트랜지스터를 구비하며, 제1 및 제2귀환신호는 각각, 제1트랜지스터 및 제2트랜지스터의 제2주전극상의 전압치로부터 유도되는 것을 특징으로 하는 완화 발진기.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 다이오드가 캐패시터 양단에서 적어도 하나의 상기통로와 직렬로, 공급되는 것을 특징으로 하는 완화 발진기.
  3. 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 트랜지스터는 바이폴라 형이고, 상기통로는 베이스-에미터 통로이며, 제2주전극은 콜렉터인 것을 특징으로 하는 완화 발진기.
  4. 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 귀환회로가 양쪽 트랜지스터에 접속된 저역통과 필터를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 완화 발진기.
  5. 선행 청구범위중의 어느 하나에 청구된 바와같은 완화 발진기를 구비하는 집적회로.
