Claims (4)
- 커패시터, 충전회로, 방전회로, 상기 충전회로로 상기 커패시터를 충전하기 위한 제 1위치 및 상기 방전회로로 상기 커패시터를 방전하기 위한 제 2 위치를 갖는 스위칭 수단, 그리고 상기 커패시터 전압이 제 1 값에 도달한 후 상기 제 1 위치에서 사기 제 2 위치로 상기 스위칭 수단을 설정하기 위한 제 1 귀환 신호를 제공하며 상기 커패시터 전압이 상기 제 1값보다 더 낮은 제 2값에 도달한 후 상기 제 2위치에서 상기 제 1 위치로 상기 스위칭 수단을 설정하기 위해 제 2 귀환 신호를 제공하는 귀환 회로를 구비하는 완화 발진기에 있어서, 상기 귀환회로는 제 1 및 제 2 트랜지스터를 구비하여, 그 각각은 제어 전극과 제 1 및 제 1 주전극을 가지며, 상기 제 1 및 제 2 트랜지스터는 서로 반대 방향으로 커패시터 양단에 접속된 제어전극과 제 1 주전극 사이에 그들 각각의 경로를 가지며, 상기 제 1 및 제 2 귀환 신호는 각각 상기 제 1 트랜지스터 및 상기 제 2 트랜지스터 각각의 제 2 주전극상의 전압값으로부터 도출되는 것을 특징으로 하는 완화 발진기.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 경로중 적어도 하나와 직렬로, 상기 커패시터 양단에 다이오드가 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 완화 발진기.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 트랜지스터는 바이폴러형이고, 상기 경로는 베이스-에미터 경로이며, 상기 제 2 주전극은 콜렉터인 것을 특징으로 하는 완화 발진기.
- 제 1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 상기 귀환 회로가 양쪽의 트랜지스터에 접속된 저역 통과 필터를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 완화 발진기.
