제 1도는 발진기의 미세한 튜너를 가능하게 하기 위해 가변 캐패시턴스를 가지며, 상기 캐패시턴스는 미세한 동조 제어 신호에 의존하여 변화 가능하며 튜너의 혼합단 제어용으로 적당한 발진기 회로 다이어그램, 제 2도는 가변 캐패시턴스를 제어하는 미세한 튜너 제어신호 변화를 설명하기 위한 다이어그램, 제 3도는 상기 캐패시턴스는 제 2도에 도시된 미세한 튜너 제어신호에 의존하여 변화 가능하며, 트랜지스터의 콜렉터 회로에서 발생하는 캐패시턴스 변화의 다이어그램.

Claims (2)

  1. 트랜지스터의 콜렉터 회로에서 발생하는 캐패시턴스에 의해 구성되고, 미세한 튜너 동조 제어 신호에 의하여 변화되며, 상기 트랜지스터의 리드의 쌍에 공급된 미세한 튜너 제어 신호에 의해 변화 가능한 가변 캐패시턴스를 포함한 병렬 공진 회로를 구비하는 튜너의 혼합단 제어용 발진기에 있어서, 상기 트랜지스터는 별개의 트랜지스터에 의해 구성되며, 상기 별개의 트랜지스터의 콜렉터는 병렬 공진 회로에 용량성으로 연결되며, 베이스 및 에미터는 교류 전류를 위하여 그라운드에 접속되며, 상기 트랜지스터 동작점은 베이스-에미터 다이오드 및 베이스 콜렉터 다이오드 2개가 순방향 바이어스 되도록 선택되며, 상기 미세한 튜너 제어신호는 상기 트랜지스터의 베이스-에미터 통로에 공급되며 트랜지스터 제어 범위내의 미세한 튜너 제어 신호는 한편으로는 베이스-콜렉터 다이오드를 한층 더 전도 상태로 구동시키며 다른 한편으로는 차단 영역으로 구동시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 튜너의 혼합단 제어용 발진기.
  2. 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 미세한 튜너 제어신호는 RC소자를 통해 트랜지스터으 베이스-에미터 통로에 공급되며, 트랜지스터 제어 범위내의 미세한 튜너 제어 신호에 의해, 상기 베이스-콜렉터 다이오드는 한편으로 베이스 에미터 통로에 발생된 전압 즉 베이스 콜렉터 다이오드에 존재하는 전압이 상기 트랜지스터 베이스-에미터 통로 임피던스와 상호 작용하는 RC소자의 레지스턴스에 의해 얻을 수 있는 최대값 이새로 제한될때까지 전도상태로 구동이 되며 상기 베이스 콜렉터 다이오드는 다른 한편으로 캐패시턴스가 본질적으로 더 이상 변화되지 않을때까지 차단 영역으로 구동되는 것을 특징으로 하는 튜너의 혼합단 제어용 발진기.
