Claims (9)
- 엔진에의 부하를 검출하는 부하 센서와, 상기 엔진의 출력축에 접속되는 마찰클러치와, 이 마찰클러치를 조작하는 클러치용 작동기와, 상기 마찰클러치의 위치를 검출하는 위치 센서와, 상기 마찰클러치에 입력축이 접속된 평행축식 치차변속기와,이 평행축식 치차 변속기의 변속 위치를 절환하는 변속위치 절환수단과,차량 운전상태 검출수단과 운전 지령 수단으로 부터의 신호에 따라 변속위치 절환 수단을 동작시키는 변속기 제어수단과,상기 변속위치와 운전상태 검출 수단으로부터 발진제어 개시를 판단하면 상기 클러치용 작동기를 작동시켜서 상기 마찰 클러치용 반클러치 직전의 대기위치로 이동시키고 또 상기 부하센서가 부하증대 되었음을 검출하면 상기 마찰클러치를 반클러치로 하는 발진제어 수단을 포함하는 차량용 자동변속장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,운전 지령 수단이 언덕길 발진을 지령하면 변속위치 절환수단이 평행축식 치차 변속기를 발진 변속 위치로 하고, 발진제어 수단이 차량 휘일 브레이크 장치를 작동시키고, 마찰클러치를 반클러치 상태로 하고, 운전상태 검출수단이 차량 발진을 검출하면 상기 발진제어 수단이 휘일브레이크 장치의 작동을 해제시키는 차량용 자동변속 장치.
- 제2항에 있어서,부하 센서의 검출부하가 제1규정치 이하이면 엔진 회전수가 피크치가 될 때까지 휘일 브레이크 장치를 발진제어 수단이 작동시키는 차량용 자동변속 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,발진제어 수단은 엔진에 설치된 배기 브레이크 장치를 발진제어 개시시에는 부작동 상태로하는 차량용 자동변속장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,변속기 제어수단은 운전지령 수단으로 부터의 제1속 발진지정에 의해 평행축식 치차 변속기를 제1속으로 변속하는 차량용 자동변속장치.
- 제5항에 있어서,마찰클러치의 접속을 끊은 후, 운전상태 검출수단에 의해 검출된 마찰클러치의 회전수가 규정치 이하로 되면 변속 제어수단은 평행축식 치차 변속기를 제1속으로 하는 차량용 자동 변속장치.
- 제5항에 있어서,변속기 제어 수단은 평행축식 치차변속기를 제2속으로 변속한 후에 제1속으로 변속하는 차량용 자동 변속장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,운전상태 검출 수단으로 부터의 주차 브레이크 해제신호와 부하 센서로 부터의 규정치 이상의 부하신호에 의해 작동하는 발진 제어수단을 포함하는 차량용 자동 변속 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 클러치용 작동기의 유체실을 고압 유체원에 접속가능한 평상시 폐쇄된 제1전자밸브와, 임의의 시간비로 상기 유체실을 저압측에 접속 가능한 평상시 폐쇄된 제2전자밸브와, 상기 유체실을 저압측으로 차단가능한 평상시 개방된 전자 밸브를 포함하며, 상기 발진제어 수단은 상기 클러치가 접합 방향을 향해 계시적으로 변위하도록 상기 각 전자 밸브를 제어하는 차량용 자동 변속장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
