광중합 가능한 방향족 폴리아믹산 유도체의 제조방법

Claims (1)

  1. (1) 방향족 이무수물과 식 RZH에 해당하는 단량체(들)의 비양자성 용매 내 용액을 형성하고(여기서 R은 첨가중합을 할 수 있는 에틸렌적으로 불포화된 부분이고 Z는 -O-, -S- 또는 -NR'- 여기서 R'는 -H 또는 C1-4알킬이며, 단량체의 양은 이무수물기준 0-40당량%임), 그리고 이 용액을 방향족이 무수물과 실질적으로 단량체의 전부와의 부분적 반응이 일어나기에 충분한 시간 및 온도에 유지시키고 ;
    (2) 단계 (1)의 방향족 이무수물-함유 반응용액 내에 반응용액을 50℃이하로 유지하면서 방향족 디아민을 혼합하고 용해시켜 미반응 무수물과 아민부분의 축합중합을 일으켜 해당하는 폴리아믹산(들)을 형성하고 ;
    (3) 단계(2)의 폴리아믹산(들)-함유 반응용액내에, N,N'-디히드로카빌-치환된 카보디이미드, 트리플루오로아세트산 무수물 및 그 혼합물로 구성되는 군으로부터 선택되는 이소이미드화제를 혼합하고 용해시켜, 폴리아믹산(들)을 해당하는 폴리이소이미드(들)로 전환시키고 ;
    (4) 단계(3)의 폴리이소이미드(들)의 비양자성 용액내에 식 RZH에 해당하는 단량체 몰 초과량을 혼합하고 용해시키고, 단량체에 의한 폴리이소이미드(들)의 실질적으로 완전한 에스테르화가 일어나기에 충분한 온도 및 시간에 용액을 유지하고 폴리이소이미드(들)을 해당되는 폴리아믹산 유도체로 전환시키고 ;
    (5) 단계(4)의 반응용액으로부터 폴리아믹산 유도체들을 분리시키는 ;
    연속적 단계로 구성되는, 폴리이미드 선구체인 광감성 폴리아믹산 유도체들의 합성방법.
