Claims (4)
- 일반식(Ⅱ)의 화합물을 일반식(Ⅲ)의 페님중간체와 반응시킨 다음 존재하는 보호그룹을 제거하고, 경우에 따라, 수득된 화합물을 그의 염으로 전환시키고/거나, 경우에 따라, 이성체 혼합물을 단일 이성체로 분리시킴을 특징으로 하여 일반식(Ⅰ)의 화합물 또는 이들 화합물의 약제학적으로 허용되는 염을 제조하는 방법.상기 식에서, R은 수소이거나, 유리상태 또는 보호상태의 하이드록시그룹 및 할로겐원자중에서 선택된 하나이상의 치환체로 치환되거나 비치환된 C1내지 C4의 알킬그룹이고; A는 잔기 Z, Z-O-CO- 또는 Z -CO-[여기에서, Z는 (a) 임의 치환된 페닐렌 또는 나프틸렌그룹, (b) 헤테로 환이 산소, 황 및 질소원자중에서 선택된 적어도 하나의 헤테로 원자를 함유하는 모노 또는 비사이클릭, 포화 또는 불포화 환인임의 치환된 헤테로 사이클디일 라디칼. (c) C1내지 C7의 임의 치환된 선상 또는 측쇄상 알킬렌라디칼 (d) C2내지 C4의 알케닐렌 또는 알키닐렌그룹, 또는 일반식의 그룹, (e) C3내지 C8의 임의 치환된 사이클로알킬렌환, 또는 (f) 일반식(여기에서, n은 1, 2 또는 3이다)의 아르알킬렌 라디칼이다]이고;[여기에서, (ⅰ) R1, R2및 R3은 각각 독립적으로 임의 치환된 알킬, 아르알킬 또는 아릴라디칼이거나; (ⅱ) R1은 (ⅰ)에서 정의한 바와 같고, R2및 R3은 질소원자와 함께 임의 치환된 헤테로사이클릭 또는 융합된 헤테로 사이클릭 라디칼을 나타내거나; (ⅲ) R1, R2및 R3은 질소원자와 함께 임의 치환된 아조니아비사이클로 또는 아조니아트리사이클로 라디칼을 나타내거나; (ⅳ) R1, R2및 R3은 질소원자와 함께 임의 치환된 피리디늄, 피라지늄, 피라졸륨 또는 피리다지늄 라디칼을 나타내는데, 이때 이들 라디칼은 하나의 페닐환과 임의로 융합되거나, 5원 내지 7원의 포화 또는 불포화 지환족 또는 헤테로 사이클릭환과 임의로 융합된다]의 그룹이고; Z'는 카복시 보호그룹이고; L은 일반식(Ⅱ)의 아민에 의한 친핵치환에 민감한 이탈그룹이다.
- 제1항에 있어서, 일반식(Ⅲ)의 중간체가, 일반식(Ⅳ)의 카비놀 전구체를 과량의 일반식(Ⅱ) 화합물의 존재하에서 설포닐 무수물 또는 설포닐 할라이드와 반응시킨 다음, 반응 혼합물로부터 일반식(Ⅲ)의 화합물을 분리시키지 않고 제조한 화합물인 방법.상기 식에서, R,A 및 Z'는 제1항에서 정의한 바와 같도.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, R이 α-하이드록시-에틸 그룹인 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 제조된 일반식(Ⅰ)의 화합물이 (5R,6S)-6-[(1R)-하이드록시에틸]-2-[4-(피리디니오메틸)페닐]페넴-3-카복실레이트인 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
